@@VinsGN My specialty is welding cast iron and it is complicated yet it seems straightforward. I always love the look of something very old that has a golden braze for a repair so you know that it was probably repaired by someone who needed and loved the machine enough to do it themselves...maybe I am just sentimental about old tractors. Hey I am in Pa. where are you my friend. It looks like New England where you ride sometimes.

Brazing is definitely an option, I just didn't feel like dealing with that, LOL, Thank you!

I may have found what I was looking for
I don't think red loctite would work because of the heat that is absorbed by the exhaust.. but I could be wrong..
