I made exactly half the quantity with a few changes- I didn't use any malai, added 1 small cube of salted butter instead; also as suggested in the video I used 1 extra tbsp of cocoa powder since I didn't have any dark chocolate; and finally garnished with a few roasted peanuts (it goes really well with chocolate, I swear!) DO TRY GUYS, THE TASTE IS SERIOUSLY GOOD! :)

Tried it. It tasted yumm! It is more of a pudding than a mousse. Increased the quantity to serve it to 6 people. (Glass size being 3 inches with a diameter of 7 cms) Took quantity as such: 800 ml of milk 4.5 tbsp of cornflour (sieved) 7 tbsp of cocoa powder (sieved) 2/3 cup of sugar (granules: added after adding+ mixing milk as suggested in the video) 2/3 cup of fresh cream 1 tsp of coffee powder

I am making it for my mom has she is coming from a trip it's cooling down tested before I kept to cool it's has a really rich for it flavour for it. I am learning to cook this is my first dessert I am really excited I did made a few changes like I added custard instead of maida I added one extra teaspoon of cocoa powder instead of dark chocolate has recommended and it out with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
i made this and i thought i failed but it was so good i used powder whipped cream instead and custard powder and i didnt have cocoa powder so i melted dark chocolate and its really good i also put edible flowers on top
