I watched this video a week or so ago and have been thinking about it since. Finally made it today. OMG, i'm not typically a sweets guy but this really hit the spot like nothing else. Ever. I'm glad I doubled the recipe.
So far, I've used this recipe to make passion fruit mousse, strawberry mousse, banana mousse, and I cant wait to make lime, cherry, lemon, peach, pear... this summer will be awesome!
Thanks, it looks delicious! My mum used to make sth like this with such joy to offer it to us. It's not what you do, it's the love you put in it when you're doing it. Miss you so much, mummy...
Unfortunately people don't understand how much time it takes to make a video and editing.. will some of us enjoyed the video thank you very much for sharing I can't wait to try this delicious-looking dessert🌺🤗😄
Just made and tasted this. It is really yummy and very lemony. Decided to add graham cracker crumbs on the bottom and made a middle layer of whipped cream as well as on top. Definitely fun to make!
That's not how you make lemon curd though... it only looks like it. However, it can be used as a substitute for those who do not eat egg. I personally feel this is a quicker and easier recipe but lacking the nutrients that egg provides.
This just showed up in my feed, I have every intention of making it. Your recipes look very good. And it's a shame that I will have to eat it all by myself!!
Absolutely devine recipe. Thank you for sharing. I did change up the recipe to a healthier version though. My husband said it was incredible. I used 1/3 coconut sugar instead of 2/3 white sugar and whipped up coconut cream instead of cream. Lemon and coconut marry beautifully together!
Looks simple, looks delicious, looks easy, and looks like about 30 to 45 minutes of prep and cooking. So why lie in the title and state it takes 5 minutes? That's the major complaint.
Thank you so much! I don't mind them, everyone can express their thoughts and I'm not here to censor them. For every negative comment, there are hundreds of positive ones, which makes my day every day. There are always people who appreciate the effort that goes into making a 3 minute video. The research, all the trial and error, the editing, it takes a lot of time and I just cannot get over the fact that the majority of people are so supportive. Thank you for watching and for your kind words ♥
Then she should not title it "Creamy lemon mousse in 5 minutrs". That makes me irate when people do that, and then proceed to cook, cool, whip, whip again, pipe, etc. It takes at least 1 hour. Dont put a time on it, just advertise it as a nice dessert to make.
For those of us who are vegan, coconut would milk would do the same. Also, if you did this with pineapple juice you would have a pina colada with the Coconut.
I get really fed up when quoted timings are inaccurate. No way is this made in 5 minutes. Please be accurate - and honest❗️Have to say, though, it looks delicious.
I know. It's mostly the foreign channels who do this. "In 5 minutes" "I make it every day". "The recipe that everyone is looking for" "My family asks for it 5 times a week!". "The recipe that's driving the world crazy"... I don't know why they feel the need to LIE in their titles. People will watch if the recipe looks good. 😊
I made this recipe within minutes of watching the video! I loved it, a lovely sharp lemon tang with a rich, creamy texture - stunning! I am going to try other types of citrus too. Thank you.
I made this and it was a hit! It took me closer to an hour, to be honest, but still easy enough for someone who's not a big fan of being in the kitchen! I crumbled Maria cookies at the bottom, which added some nice texture.
Back in the 50s, my grandmother made her filling for her lemon meringue pies this same way. Cooked on the stove top, the plastic to prevent a film ...oh what great memories. This mousse looks delicious. Gonna have to make this!
I made this with half sugar and served it with a garnish of a whole strawberry. We immediately realized that it should have been served with LOTS of chopped strawberries instead, which I hastily prepared. An absolutely fantastic combination.
This just came up in my feed. It looks absolutely lovely and simple. I really like the idea offered by another commenter to try it with some different fruits, too. I have saved this recipe. 🍋

A very easy delicious recipe but ot took much longer than 5 mins I timed it when it was being made on the you tube
@murielleleblanc43771,968 calories using the given recipe, split into 3 equal portions would be 656 calories per mousse
OMG Yum 😋
going to make this today for dessert tomorrow.
Lemon 🍋 is my fave fruit for making desserts.
Lemony desserts are my favorite! This recipe would be perfect with graham crackers, vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies. Thanks for sharing!🍋😋💕

These sound so delicious! How do you make the banana mousse? 😊💭 Would so love to try that one ❤️
How do you do the strawberry, please?

This is great, 2 recipes in one. First, how to make lemon curd, 2nd a mousse. 😊
One doesn't make curd with corn starvh
Thats lemon pudding. Lemon curd is actually made with egg yolk.

Thanks for including English measurements! Now I can actually make this!
Hope you enjoy!
You should try measuring by weight and quit using volume. It's easier and the only way to get consistent results.
Not if you dont have a kitchen scale though.
I made this yesterday evening, and it's delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
Where have your recipes been all my life?!
Definitely delicious and definitely not 5 minutes but very easy to make!

So coconut milk can whip up like heavy whipping cream...? Wow - cool. This is a good idea. AND love the idea of pineapple. Thanks for sharing.👍👍
Just make sure it's full fat coconut milk!
@danlee6712 don't shake the can, refrigerate over night, and scoop out the solid cream content, leaving the liquids behind, then whip 👌

It means the description is less than 5 minutes. Kinda click bait.
Don’t forget “no bake” as if it doesn’t need cooking.
The lemon slurry only requires 3-4 minutes to cook and whipping the cream a minute.
