@@tomstrojnik thanks man, yeah I can fully appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes into creating a video like that. My latest flight video took me two weeks to edit! Haha, just need to post DVR of one pack flippy floppy’s like Mr Steele next time 😉
A bit better range within the standard form factor is really appealling. I have the TrueRC X-Airs and I normally can't be bothered to fit them on unless I really need them so these might be worth a go before long.
Yes they are noticeably better going out to ranges over a mile even with just the 1 fitted but you can't really transport the goggles with them attached. I'd argue that for 95% of flying you don't need the best performance just better than stock.
Morning Matt, Great video just purchased my DJI goggles waiting on Apex frame to start the build. might consider the Iflight just for bling factor :) look really tidy. hope you have good xmas and newyear. thanks for sharing
Hi, I’m learning manual flying with the DJI fpv drone do you think these would work with that system? I’ve found your tutorials really helpful as well, thanks for those. Do some more please haha
That’s great 😀 Hope you’re getting on well with the DJI FPV. From memory I don’t think you can use these with the DJI drone but it might be worth a search to double check. Any particular tutorial you want to see?
you prolly dont care at all but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my account password. I appreciate any tips you can give me
@Crosby Cesar thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm trying it out atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Look great, looking forward to going digital in '21! Wonder if they'll come in to their own with longer range flights? didn't seem to flicker when you went out to the turbines. Great vid dude, as always.
I am hoping that you will do what I haven’t been brave enough to do yet... long range test 🥳 fly from a peak like a hill until it drops... I have faith that you can do it :)))
@@MagicFPV oh that would be amazing! :)) I have heard that you can go for up to two miles line of sight (3.2 kilometers) but I guess it depends a lot on the drone and antennas. Who knows? Anyways, great video and thanks for testing these products so that people like me can view them and make a good decision! 😁
Love my Crystal setup. There might be better, but I have hit a mile distance with mine, and that is flat land with trees. (Flywoo Explorer Analog converted to DJI Vista but only have the short antenna the vista comes with so far.)
@@MagicFPV Actually need a bit more. End goal is to run the fence lines for the ranch land around me. One of the plots is around 5 miles for one side of the plot.

Good review, just one thing: megabits, not megabytes. Keep up the good work!
Hi nice review is that mapple antenas laying on the back? hows that compared to crystal?
Are you using this in a dji goggles v2 or v1?
What do you think to the other colours!? uk.banggood.com/custlink/3D3RH7cJgb
Nice save! Agree, just got them finally. I want to try stock as Omni too.
Thank you for the video! Does the rang have anything to do with the antennas on the dji air unit? Should we upgrade those as well?
I've only tried one different style of antenna on the air unit and couldn't tell any difference. I'm happy with the stock antenna
Review on point! They are great for doing cinematic FPV!
Thanks mate! Not as high level production as yours but I was quite pleased with my test 🙂

Hi sorry but what drone is this? Totally new to this.
It's a custom built FPV drone: th-cam.com/video/yuwkImhdWY8/w-d-xo.html

Yeah convenience is a big factor. I’d be interested to test the performance of the X-Air antenna though. Have you noticed a big difference?

@@ed4415 interesting. Perhaps you could leave the Crystal on and just screw the X-Air in when you need that epic range 😎

Nice review man. Seems like the best part is the backpack fitting.
Nice review dude 👍🏻 love the look of the iflight crystal antennas 👌🏻
Cheers Lazer 👍 Yeah I rate them. Glad I went with the carbon fibre version too
They look the part with the carbon and fit nice in your bag too 👌🏻

Where to find these goggles ?
Soft rabbits ear 🐰😂
They’re sweet looking antenna! Convenience alone is worth the upgrade
Not sure what to use the extra bag space for now!

its V1 or V2 goggles ?
such a shame re the fly-tipping - would love to be able to leave tier 4 and come and see the bando tho! :)
Sometime in the future perhaps. It used to have an amazing roof to dive!
how about 4x omni iflight ?
The patch should have been placed on TOP, as those transmit and receive. The bottom pair of antenna ports receive only.
I love the Antennas - greetings team #bckflp
👋 Yeah they’re great 😎 👍
Just need switch to 700-1200mW. And no need to buy Crystal HD. You can easy fly over 5km in suburban with 700mw. Tested with Chimera 7.
Before i buy the patch antennas, I’d like to know how can i get 1200mW? My goggles only let me go 750mW
@@kota523 you can google. it`s easy.
Nice video, your shorturl doesn't work for me btw.
Oh thanks a lot for letting me know! I’ll get that sorted 👍
