Hello guys, so first Hot Pursuit Remastered video. I want to make it simple. To be honest Im really enjoying this game and sorry for a bit late video, but for now Im just playing it and having some fun. More videos will come soon. Game looks nice, feels like it did in 2010 and that multiplayer... I think this is one of the best multiplayer nfs games ever. The exhaust sounds are very awesome the depth and bass of it is chilling...It'd be really cool if they added a few more revs to it probably 1 or 2 extra revs just to hear it clearly out of the exhaust.
Funny how some cars sound totally different when you select it for example the Evo X. When you select it is sounds like 4B11T but when you drive it - stock RB26DETT - why?

the Cinque tho, that startup sound is the best I've ever heard in my life, even the koeingsegg, including the Diablo/Countach.
They are slightly better than Gran Turismo 5 and 6 start-up sounds. But I love them all.

I dunno why they over-amplified the startup sounds. All cars startup sounds end with an earrape.

Okay...so it seems that 2 groups of cars had their Start-Up sounds changed. The Zonda Cinques had their start-up sound changed, and the 4 Lamborghini Gallardos had their start-up sound changed. There is actually 3 more cars that had theirs changed...but it's not the most obvious, those being the 3 Nissans. Again, it's not the easiest to notice, but there is a a slight change compared to the original.
The Zonda Cinque start-up sound was taken from the PS3/Xbox 360 version so not really new. The only new one is the Gallardo sounds - they are made slightly more aggressive (probably they based it off the Sesto's start up sound except it revs once). Also funny how the Crown Victoria's start up has changed to the cut cars's one that is from the SLS/SLR McLaren instead of using the Boxster's start up sound (or pretty much almost any Porsche).
@@HeroManNick132 Excluding the GT3 RS/GT2 RS and 918/Carrera GT.
@@TheUmbreonGuy Yeah. The only truly unique ones that only 1 car is using them are the Mazda RX-8's, Mitsubishi Evo X's, Subaru Impreza WRX's and Lamborghini Sesto Elemento's (even though it is very similar to the Gallardos' start up but it is not the same).
@@HeroManNick132 I think you're forgetting the Gumpert Apollo S and Audi TT RS. They have engine start-ups exclusive to them, too...

Are the sounds from the original and remaster the same? Or are they different?
Hey there, the only car that I know that has a different sound in the remaster is the Zonda. Every car in the game though sounds much more louder and is a little more crisp though.
@@avalanche450 Actually most of these start up sounds are from the PS3/Xbox 360 if you had these versions it is nothing new. The only "new" start up sound is the Gallardos (it is based of the Sesto's) that even in the PS3 didn't rev that higher. And the Crown Victoria uses the start up from the SLS and from the cut SLR McLaren 722 while previous it used pretty much every Porsche's start up sound (except the 918/Carrera GT and GT2 RS/GT3 RS).
@@HeroManNick132 oh I thought he meant if the act car sounds were different while driving lol, but funny enough the Zonda Ignition sound is less earrapey than the original game- and I didn’t know about the changes to the rest you mentioned!
@@avalanche450 I know the Zonda in the 2010 the PC version used a weird AMG + Lamborghini V12 sound. Glad Criterion changed it for the PS3/Xbox 360 version I wished other cars have changed especially the Vipers when you know they have a beautiful V10 sound and instead they sound like Mustang V8 (with Koenigsegg - weird combination).

i’d say it’s the complete opposite, personally i hate most of the startup sounds, they’re literally just a bunch of loud noise and have no uniqueness to the cars themselves

Well this games is for people who loves playing racing games with stock spec cars that equivalent to each cars in each class or tier with high technology in it,not for a tuner or ricer who loves tuning their miata to 800 hp to race with Bugatti and added big wing or Thicc body kit on it, this game is for Performance and Stock car spec enthusiast people,not for tuner nor ricer especially for jdm enthusiast.
Hyper series is so bad the f1 is good but the rest are bad
The Gumpert Apollo S is a competitor of the F1 (in some cases it is better).
