Parents have raised a bunch of uncaring psychopaths these days.
it's not just the parents. it's the permissiveness of everything and the everything goes in our society. Tattoos used to be taboo; now they are accepted. Color your hair any color you want; wear anything you want; do anything you want; take anything you want. it's the tolerance of the permissiveness. No one says "no" anymore. A kid can slap a teacher in the classroom. Do you think that would have happened 70 years ago? That student would have been slapped around by the vice-principal before he was taken by police. Now, they blame it on everything else other than the student himself.
They actually don’t raise them at all. Everyone does whatever they want now days.

I want the person who gave them access to apartment, to be charged the same.
Unfortunately people in apartment buildings do this all the time, even as I'm writing this. During these times we all need to stop doing this and take personal security seriously. How did they even know that this apartment was empty?
@@queens6583 They may have observed the previous tenant moving out. Had a conversation about which apartment was being vacated. Other observations that could cause them to investigate > no lights on, shades in same position.

A mom did this to her own small son in suitcase and left it on a man's property. He was horrified when he found the body and held a funeral for the boy.
I would assume the dog is with family. They found the dog alive in the apartment.
