hard plastic where it used to be soft touch, no seat back pockets, no storage cubby on the lower dash, no door welcome lights, no more stitched steering wheel center, no rear comfort access on a 5 series, no rear climate controls on the 5 series. The X3 is full of hard plastic and cost cutting, all while the price goes up. Still great cars, but the nickel and dime cost cutting is frustrating.

The G20 M340i's top speed is 130 mph; however, with the Track Package (or whatever it's called these days), it is raised to 155 mph. This has been discussed to death on BMW forums. There are TH-cam videos showing both top speeds on M340i's. There is a code from the factory indicating the M340i has the increased top speed. Ask the salesman to check the car's build sheet.
