  • The Charbroil Big Easy Turkey Fryer is much more than a turkey fryer. It can cook all sorts of delicious foods, including ribs. There is nothing better in the summertime than the smell of a rack of ribs cooking outside. With the Charbroil Big Easy, you can enjoy ribs in as little as 2 hours. Check out all of the various foods that the Big Easy cooks to perfection in all of my Big Easy videos.

    Silicone mitts. You'll love them and the easy cleanup.

    Mine has a lid on it. Is it better to leave it open?

      Leave it off until about 10min before you’re done. The lid makes it crispy. If you leave it on more than 15min it will be toast.

    Did you or anyone on here try loosely wrapping some mesquite or hickory chips in foil and setting them in the bottom of the basket before you start cooking to add a smoky flavor

    Did those hooks come with the set up?

    • @summertimeken
      @summertimeken  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I actually purchased some S-Hooks from the hardware store first and those worked perfectly. But, you can get official hooks by buying an accessory package through Char-Broil.

    Mine came out dry as hell. Well I shut the lid off in mine. That’s probably why….
