Thick rolling handles are next level though. I can do pull ups with a Monster Crush by Country Crush (3" diameter handle that freely spins) and am working toward a 1 arm pull up with it.

Great video review! I have Manus Grips, which are not bad, but i have been thinking to upgrade to Grenadier grips in either option. This has helped decide!

Tim Graham does the thick grips trigger tendonitis? I feel all creaky when I use that stuff.

No it doesnt, tho i have had tendonitis before, but that wasnt related to thick grips. Tendonitis is cured by understanding the balance of opposing muscle groups in the area affected, and not rushing the strength gaining process

Hello , what are the differences between the straight and curved ? ( like in fat gripz and iron bull grips ? )

The straights are good for practicing for barbells, dumbbells etc. The curved ones are for variation and a different challenge.

I have both. The iron bull grips fit better in my hands. However, for pressing movements the fatgripz because of their flat surface fit better. Just my .02
