I am 41 with an irreparable retracted supraspinatus w/ severe torn infraspinatus. It's a work related injury which has removed me from the gym. Somedays the pain is unbearable, others days are very minor. Same goes with range of motion and strength, good and bad. I want to be able to continue bodybuilding in some fashion and I'm aware overhead and lateral movements are probably out of the question. I don't train crazy weight, every thing is controlled movements, what can I do? Sometimes I can barely get my arm away from the body. Doctors told me all the surgeries available, but all specialists I've talked to say I'm to young and the Latissimus Dorsi proves to be to low a percentage for successful outcomes. In the end shoulder replacement is the only fix when I get a little older.
Can you make a video on full thickness tear of the subscapularis?
This case is a 47 y/o who wants to keep playing tennis

What lifts/exercises are fine for you right now? I have a torn infraspinatus too.
I have this same diagnosis currently. Just wondered what you ended up doing with your shoulder diagnosis?
