TJ Roll bar Padding and cover

When we got our jeep it did not have the roll bar cover and as I put on the cover I realized that I was missing the padding as well. To fix that I put on some 1/2" foam and that filled the void very nicely.
I bought the Smittybilt Molle cover from Morris 4x4

Thanks for this. I just took my padding off and the foam that has been on there for the past 20 years just crumbled in my hands.

Hey can you please tell me what foam you bought as only the cover comes with the box? If you have the reference please the foam that goes inside . Thanks heaps

Hey man! Cant believe something as intricate as this has no comments on it… im planning on getting these covers asap. I still have the foam luckily, but awesome craftwork with the foam sir. Respect. Also, which kind of bits will i need to install this? I assume torx? What size?

the seat belt was a 50 Torx and the speaker pods were a 30 Torx

if I remember right, I got 5 or 6 feet of it. it is still holding up great 2 years later.
