Even after watching tons of Chad's videos, after taking a class, there was still such a plethora of information I gained. Its worth it even to someone not looking to be a gunsmith so that you at least understand your weapon system better. So many of us speak in absolutes on the internet, Chad's information has proved to me that no company is immune to problems, while simultaneously, proving to you why you should be looking to companies with better reputations.
Chads a good dude, especially for us frugal guys who want to build quality rifles, for a good deal less than what you can buy off the shelf. I just love how he explains what to look for and what to avoid.
My 556/223 and 762x39 ARs are both mid length gas, and I had to pay dearly for them. The carbine and pistol length gas on 16@ barrels were 30% cheaper. 😮
Well done , looks like you picked the best to learn from, one question, who is the clown with the neck tube pulled up and holding an AR up like some two bit terrorists do?all the best from sunny Troon Scotland (and. Yes we do have guns 😊)
A buddy who doesn't like being on camera. And yes, I was in Scotland last year and had a few conversations with some locals who were hunters. It's a different kind of gun culture in the US vs Europe, if you're not a hunter who lives far outside the city guns are nearly nonexistent in most countries in the Commonwealth countries.
No one in their right mind is recommending the *current production* hype beast first, produce quality rifles last noveske. Lorina has killed that company. It’s a shame, Johnny handed her a diamond and she managed to turn it back into elemental carbon. Impressive; almost.
Thank you for taking the time to do an AAR. It was an honor to have you Sam. Looking forward to working with you and Don in the near future.
