My daughter was in a car crash yesterday involving a semi. She fell asleep at the wheel because of working two jobs to support her family…she survived with hardly a scratch. I’m so grateful she’s ok and that God spared her so she can continue to raise her precious daughter! Praise Jesus!

I'm a 70 year old that just had a major back surgery due to the fact that I lost the inability to walk. I've gained some mobility back and getting stronger everyday but it's going to be a long road. I need all the prayers I can get. I will never give up until I'm back on my feet.

My garden died due to excessive heat and clay ground. UGH. I will try again next year. I lost most of my crops this year. My cucumber, watermelon, green peppers, vine tomatoes (and even my squash). My corn is growing but NO CORN ON THE STALKS. Like what is going ON? My lemon tree, herbs and strawberries are the only ones making it! Now just last night, I got 2 baby chicks hatched out! God is still really good to me!
Where are you? Have you had a garden before? In that same spot?
Loosen that clay. Coffee grounds. Banana peels. Eggshells. Mulch high and thick. Live long and prosper! Be blessed coming and going.
I would take this downtime to watch gardening tutorial videos and look up similar articles. "Try, Fail, Learn, Repeat".

My young adult son needs prayer. He's been verbally abused through school children, and recently a coworker. He quit, but his lack of tone and facial expression, or talk, makes people feel entitled to be cruel. He has anxiety, and this only adds to his dwindling self worth. I really want God to take this person behind the wood shed, and get what he gave.

I can tell you that i paid my truck insurance for 6 months and it went up another 53.00 for a 02 pickup and no traffic violations full coverage and i told him that if it went up i was going to have to find another insurance company .

My 29 year old son is moving back home after being on his own for 4 years. He said he just couldn't make ends meet. I never thought that this would happen.
I sent out a letter to my cousin Samantha who is an unbeliever and is in such a state that she has pity parties and says she doesn’t want to live, well I sent her this letter telling her Jesus is the answer and included scripture in it. Our water well went out & was out of water ALL of May. I lost all momentum to garden after got water back. BUT GOD. Our sweet neighbor kids brought over about a dozen starts of all kinds of veggies for our garden 😭🥲🥹🥰 it was the most precious gift ever. They would’ve had to of started them in May they were that large in solo cups. They had no way to know our water well was out. It was like God was saying, nope don’t give up yet, keep going I’ll help you when you can’t. I hope this true story touches someone out there. It makes me want to cry tears of joy every time I think of it. God is SO good all the time. He cares for all the little sparrows, how much more does He love us?

Patara when I heard you say , " We are walking thru the valley", it reminded me of the time I heard an evangelist say the important word there was thru. In my mind it is " I walk". Not be dragged, not carried but walk! We are going to walk thru the valley, but we have One who walks with us and He is cheering us on the whole way but he won't drag us thru it we all have to willingly walk into that valley on faith. Thank you for your words of truth. My 52 year old daughter was saved a few months ago. I was sitting next to her, touching her, and felt the Holy Spirit go into her. It was the most wonderful moment I've had. The change in her is miraculous.

I'm 70 yrs old and am in the middle of one of the toughest battles I've ever experienced. Spouse, dàughter, friends. I just can't see the reasons. What i have is Jesus. But i wish he would give me a break and put satan in his place and give me a break. My life is not worthy of living right now. I gave up on suicide but am in the i wish i was dead camp right now. Florida here Patera. Hot...in the mid 90s. I'm prepped for hurricane season. I have 100+ gallons of water stacked in my craft/workroom. I'm prepped up as good as I can be on my budget. Going to lie down with my canine buddy and watch a movie tonight. Once in a while I just need to check out a bit. Thank you for all you do and for the encouragement.
Be very thankful for your gardens. Last night the hail wiped out our gardens here in my small town. Quarter size hail and a lot of it at 11:30 at night. All the hard work done. Enjoy when you eat your home grown veggies. You are blessed. Take care of each other.
