Please pray for us. I lost my job of 22 years last year due to corporate restructuring. I finally found a new job ( that I can do with my disability). It is a much better job than the one I lost and I start in a couple weeks. But my Hubby came home early from work today. He lost his job after 34 years with the company. I know God has a plan. Patera, you have made so many videos cautioning people about being safe, alert and prepared. My daughter and her family live in a very normally safe“ neighborhood, but last night a man broke into their home around 10:30 pm while they all were there! He had stolen their garage door opener, and was wandering through their home! They got him on their front security camera but didn’t have one in the back, and he came through their sliding glass door going into their back yard! He jumped their TALL fence in the back. My daughter’s husband confronted the intruder and called the police! He has been arrested and we are all so thankful that my daughter, son in law, 6 year old grandson, and 1 year old grand daughter, are ok and God protected them! But the point is: things are bad and NOT SAFE anywhere! Be prepared, get a security system and have some means of protection in your home and when you travel! I believe it’s only going to get worse. Pray, prepare and be alert.
So thankful your family is safe!! Hopefully, they harden their home after such a scary event.

My mom and I are low income and in a tiny apartment. We are preparing the best we can. It's not where we want to be, but we are better off than before we started to prep. My mom and I are saved and so grateful we have God in our lives.
Girl, we are in our 60s/70s. We are working our fingers to the bone. We grew up preparing for a rainy day. (Never knew it was called prepping until a few years ago). When you live on a ranch in the piney woods and a long drive from town you make sure you have everything you can think of in case the weather turns and you can't get to town. And we pray, FIRST!

Food for at least a year, 3 different ways to heat and cook, H2O stored up and purification equipment, all emergency supplies, I am an ICU RN and have medical supplies, essential oils- have a certification in oils, meds stocked up but the most importantly I trust God with my life in the future 🙌🏼 🙏 👍🏻

Signs of the times.... I went to Walmart today, Patara, and bought a ton of things from peanut butter & granola bars to toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc.... Beans and applesauce. Cans of yams. (Thank you!) I've been preparing for years and also worked your five can challenge, but I hadn't done anything the last two or three months. I can't explain it, but it's as if I just shut down. Your recent videos helped! When shopping today, I noticed Walmart's entire aisle, which is part of a side wall, of cold cuts, cheese, and such was almost entirely empty. I'm in New England. We had a crazy downpour yesterday and got over three inches in a couple hours. Other NE towns got eight inches of rain over a few hours in the night earlier this week. Back on July 10th, several towns in Vermont had heavy rain (that was due to remnants from the hurricane that hit Texas, etc...) and many roads and bridges were washed out with that storm and the subsequent storms. The last two.... No idea what those were. No hurricane or tropical depression. We've also had several tornadoes in NY and New England since June, which is pretty unusual. We never, never, never used to get storms like this. In Vermont earlier this month, an 82-year-old woman, who everyone said was God-fearing and wonderful, was taken from her home in the night (AC unit removed from window allowing access), and she was raped, murdered, and burned by a twenty-something year old man who was couch surfing at a neighbors. Days went by without knowing where she was, and her family was put through hell. He left her body in the woods. (He has a record and the police found him, in broad daylight in a cemetery near a school that had summer school kids inside, doing something to himself ... think lewd and lascivious.) That.... That never used to happen, ever. Doing that to an elder...? Never. Then, last week, the VT Supreme Court said parents do not have the right to sue school districts for vaccinating their child without their permission. Yup. You read that right, everyone.... A six-year-old was vaccinated at school in Vermont, against the parents wishes and without their consent. I surely hope they appeal because.... What could the implications mean, legally? For other states...? Psalm 91.... Spiritual warfare.

I know it sounds crazy, but I dont have dread anymore. Im ready to move through this storm. I have more faith than I ever have. A few months ago, I felt my grandfather's presence (Ww2 veteran who passed 40 years ago). He told me to put my head down and be ready to shoulder through, that it will be ok. It gave me so much peace. The more scripture I read, the more I believe that evil will be defeated, justice will rain down, and the righteous will prosper.
I am a single disabled older lady. I love listening to Pantara and watching her life on her homestead from my apartment. I have and am preparing as best I can, even some for folks who don't take this stuff serious...grown children, and grandbabies. Praying God will touch their heart and mind to get ready for whatever life may bring. Let's love one another and pray.

We bought, signed and moved into a new home in the last 2 wks. I'm worn out. But the 1 thing I am pushing for is to convert the well to solar pump. We got out of town and are in the country in a rural area. We got 5 acres and I can't wait. Pantry being converted from an old 7x17 ft closet this weekend. Have concrete replaced on driveway at the beginning of next week. I am so tired, but time is so so short. But we're out of town BIG PLUS. That takes some of the weight from my shoulders. House is a wreck & don't know where much is....but we're here.
My family and home will be prepared long before November!!!!!!! The next few weeks I will pick up all the non food items we stock our entire home with. I will spend all my spare time canning soups, stews, chili, chicken, beef, beans, etc.. Already have four freezers at capacity. Already went to Costco and got stocked up and have a massive, massive order coming next week from Azure. My family will be in great shape for many, many months. Thankfully so much has already been prepared because now we are about to begin the difficult time of my husband going through radiation for carcinoma on both vocal cords and voice box. Our minds and bodies are tired but I am a tough old country woman and I will get my family through all this!

I’m doing the five or six or seven cans a week as much as I can, and I’m also trying to get my family prepared. I have been pet sitting and house-sitting for my pastor and his family for the past couple weeks. They said eat anything you want. They have super packed freezers, but when I started to dig around in there, everything is freezer burnt, and their pantry is NOT rotated. I saw first hand why rotating food stock is SO important. I thought my own was in bad shape, but compared to theirs, mine is on point!! I am going to advise them to figure it out ASAP. Now that I am done at their house, it's time to can everything in MY freezer to avoid what I just saw. Love you and congrats on the new baby goats!! I have a set of twins turning 35 today, and I pray for them to find their need for salvation through Jesus Christ before it's too late for them.

calmly prepare. Do NOT do it in fear. It doesn't matter how many days we have; focus on Jesus and only him. Sit quietly with him and he will guide you for what YOU need to do. The only way to get through all of this is to have strong faith and do not look back at what anyone else is doing or saying.

I'm as prepared as I can afford! I was more prepared last year and yet we've had to live on it this year!
Another tip for preparedness: get to know your neighbors and even broader community. United we can get through whatever it is, better. We don’t agree on everything with our neighbors but all of us know we have each others backs. Just a thought.

Today I felt a heavy burden to add to my preps as best as possible while I can. We carefully budget so I did what I could. I woke up after restless dreams and feeling a strange fear of something close by. I know Jesus is in control so all of my hope lies in Him. May God protect us all in this spiritual battle we are in.
