That's such a beautiful looking kit. So well designed. I'm planning to pick up the slightly shorter version, and use it in conjunction with one of the JC Aero handles. Got some other purchases to make first, though. How's the quality? I've never handled Maliang products before.
Mister Nathan the quality is good. Well printed and fit really well :) There are 2 over design and each have a long or short version. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Sorry for the late reply, as I finally found the jam door to check if it fit. to fit the jam door nicely, you will need to remove some part of the closing catch which is on top of the jam door (should be easy to do). in short, yes it is possible.
I have a question. I just recently got this kit for Christmas and in the bag with the screws are two orange squares of plastic with a notch in them. What are these for?
from your description, if I am not wrong they are for modding the internal to re-enforce the primping when using a stronger spring, check out this video from IamBobololo at around 2:15 he talks about it: th-cam.com/video/Cxh5p90guKk/w-d-xo.html
Did you experience while priming half-way the prime slipped and the spring, sprang back? If so, do check you have replaced the 2 small orange rectangle pieces (the original pieces comes with small spring) which was part of the priming handle bar with the solid pieces.

Zero Blade yes u got to have the grey piece man. I like the overall design, not over the top, clean line and the print quality is not bad :)

I absolutely love these barrels for the Slingfire, but the lever action prime is super flimsy. Awesome vid
