My 💜 goes out to you, your family (including King David) for your loss. My wife has EV & what makes a bad situation worse are healthcare professionals who pass judgement without ANY knowledge about this disease. I've heard comments such as "stop hurting yourself with needles (they thought she was injecting drugs), "I'll bet you used to be pretty" & more cruel thoughtless comments. When she has active wounds, her arms/legs are wrapped & have compression wraps over those. Even in 110F heat, she's wearing it all. Your boy is an inspiring beacon of Hope for everyone living with EV.
I so love him I never met him while he was alive and the suffering caused his heart to be do soft and although he didn't lead a long life he led a very full one thanks to such great ppl like his parents if I could just only meet his mom or brother I kno I can feel some more warmth from this world.
What touches me the deepest about your son Marky, was his ability to accept himself in the body he was given and still went thru life being the best ambassador for the Kingdom of Heaven I have ever seen. His spirit still lives on in the people he touched with his delicate and most precious life.
Oh Lord how can we complain about our pain when we see what Marky had to go through everyday 😩 Yet Marky still praised and loved You Lord the way a child loves with unconditional Love 😢 🙌 This should be lesson to all of us. 😔

I get very sad watching these videos. I can only think of how incredibly strong his parents as well as himself has been . I am new so I'm not sure if he's passed on, but I think it says he has, I just feel so deeply for this boy and his dad and mom, and family ❤ such an inspiration. I'm 30 years old and still cannot figure out how to make myself happy, or to just live every day with purpose. Your family inspires me ❤

The way he sand “eye of a tiger” and shook his head made me laugh. I am overwhelmed by his spirit, soul & constant upbeat personality. While the whole world has an attitude of “whoa is me” he never once wavers in his positive attitude. Do I see his tears when his pain is great, do I see his apprehension when he knows it’s time to change his dressings, do I see his concern for his parents distress YES but he is thee strongest man I’ve ever seen.
