For the gobi Manchuria the garlic was on heat for a long timehence burnt by the time they added the sauces don't take so much time for everything just do it asap
The very same thing happened for the last dragon chicken recipe too where both garlic, cashew,celery stems were all burnt befor they could even add chicken as it was done on high flame
Egg Fried Rice Cooking Instructions: 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 mins. 2. Cook the basmati rice in an open pot with 1 litre of water and ¼ tsp of salt. Once the rice is 80% done, drain the water and let the rice cool completely. 3. In a pan, heat oil, add the eggs and scramble. Remove the scrambled eggs once it is cooked. 4. In the same pan add some more oil, butter, add finely chopped onion, carrots, beans and capsicum. Saute this for 3 minutes 5. Add the cooked rice to the pan. 6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. 7. Now increase the flame to high and stir fry the rice by tossing it. 8. Add the spring onion greens, eggs and continue to stir fry. 9. Remove from heat and serve hot. __________________________________________________________________________ Gobi Manchurian Cooking Instructions: 1. You can use basmati rice like I do and oil you can use any oil that you have or if you want to be specific then sesame oil. But the main flavor you get is from iron wok.

Ginger and Garlic are innovations for Indo Chinese Food. Actual Chinese food is quite bland. We have developed the taste for Indo Chinese food. With Ginger Garlic or without is the taste that an individual has developed. All should be fine

You can use any brand, it all depends on how well it is boiled and then oiled after straining. In recent times we've been using master chow's hakka noodles. The results were quite satisfying.
