  • Shooting Stance Balance - putting the Center of Gravity (CG) in the right spot for body control when shooting, counterstrikes, or maintaining control of recoil while in unconventional positions.
By leaning forward with the whole body towards the balls of our feet, we are using gravity to create a positive counterforce to recoil energy. Now the gun has to lift the body against gravity and you can put more energy towards the target without exerting muscle energy. This helps absorb recoil energy and return the gun back to the target faster.

Very nice and critical to get proper balance. Can you help the audience by mentioning the distance you are shooting at? At my range I the shortest is 25m and I have a hard time being grouped in a sheet of paper if I do in 3 second or less 6 shoots.

4-5 yards is the distance that most of the TPC handgun targets are designed for 👍🏻
