I am envious, RR. I have long suspected most desirable items never make it to the sales floor in our local shops. BTW, those old canon lenses can fetch a good amount - if you can find a store that hasn't jacked the prices through the roof, which is becoming the norm.

i just things its insane for someone to pay 200 dollars for a cd slash dvd player...when a dvd player plays cds.and now days you can get new dvd slash cd player for cheaper and nicer looking..also wifi ect ect....crazy
It's probably people who had the same exact model and it broke and they don't like change. Maybe old people who can't figure technology out so they stick with what they know. DVD recorders make sense though. Those aren't cheap new or used.

I plug them in overnight to get them fully charged, then I unplug them for about 8 hours. If they still have a charge after being unplugged for 8 hours the batteries are good. If not, I replace them. Beyond that, I make sure every button and feature works

It's a huge deal. DO NOT DO IT! if you can't buy the remote then don't buy the item. Amazon requires everything sold to be complete and functional.

Based on eBay listings, it looks like they had two box designs that year.
there is no way shrink wrap from 1961 would still be ok.

Fees are calculated (mostly) on the size and weight of the item. It's a small compact portable photo printer so the fees aren't very high.
