  • For a city that’s as culturally rich and diverse as Vancouver, its street food scene feels a bit sparse. The reason behind that? Uytae Lee says a plethora of restrictive regulations created by a lot of behind the scenes drama.

I think the local government should create space for small stall food businesses to help local communities, in different locations in Vancouver area (not in the downtown, no space). This would help people to eat there from work and go back to work.

2:30 Love how the list of certifications bodies that would indicate healthy food elements have little to no relevance to the actual healthiness of the food.

fast-food restaurants are still restaurants? Are they subject to lower property taxes comparing to full-service restaurants?
