The pellets sell for more if you package them with the Hall. Skids of 2,000l sell for almost 2x the lose pellets sell for. Also as a bonus the hall has a cool crane you can use.

I was gonna suggest this mod as well. Seeing your pellets getting put into bags then stacked on pallets is strangely satisfying. If you you had a storage shed or something to store pallets in to complete that mod. 😉

Ha, great minds! I actually used this recently and have it in an upcoming Eureka vid....was a TON of work on console with no ability to do 20k bales. Though I am using them for bedding - either way, the static processing was a one-time thing!

Actually, straw can also be sold as Bale. It just doesn't show up in the Price Sheet, but you can check the price via Seasons

i have found putting the pelleter next to a silo is best. The outlet pipe runs the pellets straight into the silo as you make pellets. Its faster for certain.

that pellet "baler" is extremely slow on the field too, so stationay is the way.

You can check the price for straw and hay bales from in the seasons price graph, like you saw it just shows 0 in the base game price table. It doesnt show grass bale prices but I sold some on accident before they turned to silage and it was very little money.

Great work FSG, I agree with Bradley, pellets worth a lot more packaged. interesting though. I normally use the pellet maker like a baler unload the pallets into a trailer and take to the Pallet hall. I drop them on floor in front of the hopper and use marks conveyor to load into palletizer.

Nice stacking! I did the maths once on the conversion from straw bales to pellets but can not for the life of me remember it, think it was around 4:1? I've used them on console with a multifruit silo for animal bedding as the pellets 'expand' back to straw when dumped in an animal pen.

I wondered about that! Had a trailer with like 20k liters of pellets, dumped it into the pen, and suddenly there was like 90k liters satisfying the straw pellet requirement...

Stationary pellet press and then thermal generation station. My go to for cash
