My grandfather road an Indian Scout in the US Calvary from the late 1930's through to the end of the war (WW2). He still had to learn how to ride a horse and care for it as well. He was courier and forward scout. He said the bike was reliable and fast and could take a beating. Plleeeeaaaaaase put that digital dash on the Springfield lineup! You'll have the perfect model there. Cruise control on the limited. Really good if you got the money. Cruise control on a 1200cc class cruiser is particularly uncommon right now. It was odd to me a yamaha mt09sp had cruise its a naked in line 3 cylinder 😂 cruise control is much more fitting on these and indian having such standards makes it more key to have on a model like this its wjay sets them apart. Makes this a better choice for my 3 hour trip tl the big city. 3 hours is kinda a long ride but is longer without cruise control. But i like it being a 1200 my last bike was 1600 and it kinda was a little heavy in the parkinglot space. The less weight from a punchy 1200 to me its a good sweet spot. Love my Chieftain, couldn't be more happy of my bike and the way it looks, runs and rides. Kudos to Indian for again making a true statement with an icon in this new Scout line up. That 101 is just HOT!
Last year I was in the market for an American sport cruiser. It was between the Scout Bobber and Harley Sportster S, I chose the Sportster S because it had a lot more of the tech that I wanted. If this was available then, I'd have a real hard time deciding between the two.
Loving the new look, options, and color ways. Eyeing the new Triumph R3 GT as well. Great time to be a rider with all the choices out there. Cheers Indian! 🥃🥃
At first the looks didn't hit. But now the more I look at them, the more I love it. I have a 2021 Scout Bobber, but I can definitely see myself upgrading in a few years once I get the funds together.
I can hardly wait to test the new 2025 Indian Scout! I'm a new rider and glad that Indian has three ride modes including rain to allow riders to grow into the bike!
Coming from an Indian salesperson this new lineup is just incredible! The new updates were so thoughtfully done, and the bikes are breathtaking! Well done guys, can’t wait to see them in person🤩
They're stupid. More little gadgets but no real options on color. And you can't order with certain other things? So I have to order it separately that makes no sense.
@@Shrewd_Enough if you want a different colour, do what thousands of people do and get it sprayed - it's not like it's anywhere near respraying a car in terms of complexity or price. You will NEVER please everyone with colours unless you literally let people pick whatever they like (which is obviously not feasible)
Most significant improvement is the available tech. Modest increases in engine output, probably for better emissions. Now a steel cradle frame instead of an aluminum perimeter frame. I'll be interested to see how the weight compares to the old model and if the handling is affected by the switch. It doesn't appear there's any additional travel for the rear sususpension and they didn't increase the fuel range by much, but it is easier to accessorize...
Nice. Can’t wait to go have a look. If it’s not all “plasticky” and if there’s aftermarket options to get rid of those water heaters hanging off the right side I’d be tickled. They did a beautiful job cleaning up the visual attack of the massive landscape of those “Iowa effect” sized cylinders of the past too. The engine looks great! It’s a great canvas. There will be a lot of those on the road this season. Great job! You might have to throw in a jacket because your Harley customers won’t ride this with their Harley logo jackets… …just a thought.
I was kinda hoping these scouts would go more in the lightweight, agile, sporty direction. Was also hoping for something a little more for the 101 nameplate than just slapping it on another factory club bike that weighs 550lbs. They're still pretty cool though.
I definitely like the revisions to the geometry, and I REALLY like the sleek 2-in-1 pipes! But what's up with the "tech package" stuff (and the fact that you're required to "upgrade" to it if you want any finish other than black)? Do they really there's that much overlap between the Scout and the Challenger for that "pharmaceutical rep whose daily driver is an Audi" customer base?
I would buy the 101 today if there was a dealer near me. My local dealer closed (bought a 2023 scout there) and no other dealers are close. I have now bought two Harleys.
Really good looking bikes. Not that the current scout is ugly by any stretch, but wow these are a step up. Not that there’s any chance I’ll be stepping down from my challenger to one of these, but an addition to the stable is always welcome 😂
mmmmm I'm not sure they look better in the new gen... the back bolts really stand out to me, the rear end doesn't look quite right. I also happen to prefer the double barrel over the 2into1 pipe look on the scout. Also risers in place of mini-apes is.... not an improvement for me.
Great looking bikes and an even better sales pitch. Would I buy one? It's a big NO from me, and reason is not what you would expect. I would not purchase another Indian motorcycle for that matter, simply because Polaris abandoned the Australian Indian motorcycle enthusiast by closing their stand alone dealerships, and sell them through 3rd party dealerships like MCA. Their sales staff lack knowledge of the product, lack enthusiasm, and generally look so disinterested that you just simply walk out! And don't get me started on the after sales service which is non-existent and if you need parts, your motorcycle will be off the road for months because getting parts is ,for lack of a better term, a challenge, and getting accessories is a very expensive exercise and pita. I would expect a starting price here would be 30k plus for this downsized Chief, so good luck with the brand in Australia, you will definitely need it!
Super cool bikes!! Something is just special about Indian Motorcycles 💯 but the Buell Super Cruiser is gonna be giving the new scout some competition. I wonder if Indian is going to respond by building a bike that will be competition to the Buell Super Cruiser 🤔 many of us are dying to see that happen 🙏 personally as an adventure bike rider here in Colorado I'd love to see Indiana build an adventure bike that competes with the Harley Pan America, Honda Africa Twin, or even the Yamaha T7 😎

they should also take a scout 60 engine and make an adventure bike since those are so popular...and so on and so forth so they have a full line of bikes...
Great work Indian 🔥 cannot wait to get on one
Scout Classic my favorite ❤
Once again INDIAN pulls up, makes the statement & rides off! Nice work team INDIAN
Loving the new look, options, and color ways. Eyeing the new Triumph R3 GT as well. Great time to be a rider with all the choices out there. Cheers Indian! 🥃🥃
I'm sure it will be great. I am very excited...
Insane lineup, you guys killed it
BRAVO!! These look amazing!! Great job!!! 👍👍👏👏👏
That 101 is beautiful!
Looking Good Indian ❗👍👍👍😎🤙
Well done ✅
Never a disappointment with Indian. Great job.
We love Indian motorcycles in the UK 🇬🇧 🏍 ❤❤
At first the looks didn't hit. But now the more I look at them, the more I love it. I have a 2021 Scout Bobber, but I can definitely see myself upgrading in a few years once I get the funds together.
Ok. I’m shocked. I never expected a new bigger engine. These Scouts look amazing.
24 minutes! Yooooo okay Production team!
I dare you to turbo the scout you got
@@camrongoodall tryna send my next Scout into a tree like the first one.
@@BrandonBicasso at least catch it on cam for us
Is there an issue with the upload. I have 1Gigabit internet speed and i find the video choppy in many parts if the video.
Same for me.
Need a demo day soon! They look absolutely amazing!
Oh my. Those look beautiful
Amazing!
That is how you do a radiator, and make it look right.
Beautiful color combination. Can’t wait to see these in person at the local dealerships.
Nice. Can’t wait to ride one
LET'S GO! NEW SCOUT!
We are excited for the new lineup!
What about that FTR 750 we were supposed to get?
I like the indian scout classic.
Looks Badass. 😎👍
Really excited to see it 😍😍🤟🏼🤟🏼
This is exactly what i wanted the Chief line up to be. Perfect mix of them. Only thing i would have wanted was a much larger tank. 5 gallons! Come on!
Well, you certainly got your Chief with this one. 😢 RIP to the best Scout - - best motorcycle--ever. What a disappointment.
Love the changes. Not sure how I feel about the new engine look but hey, I love Indian.
Love it! gonna have to trade my 21 Scout Boober for that 101!
How could you ever give up your scout Boober?
Let's go!!!
very nice!
Does anyone know when is it getting launched in India?
The dealers here couldnt give me this info.
Super Scout looks amazing 👏
Can not wait.
I want to learn how to ride just because of this!
Just do it. 🤘🏍
I can hardly wait to test the new 2025 Indian Scout! I'm a new rider and glad that Indian has three ride modes including rain to allow riders to grow into the bike!
Indian scout classic 🤩
Is the video a bit corrupted for anyone else?
Ride Command, inverted forks, bigger tanks???
Most significant improvement is the available tech. Modest increases in engine output, probably for better emissions. Now a steel cradle frame instead of an aluminum perimeter frame. I'll be interested to see how the weight compares to the old model and if the handling is affected by the switch. It doesn't appear there's any additional travel for the rear sususpension and they didn't increase the fuel range by much, but it is easier to accessorize...
Let's get it started!
Gotta replace that clapped out one you got now.
Omg the 101!
I was kinda hoping these scouts would go more in the lightweight, agile, sporty direction. Was also hoping for something a little more for the 101 nameplate than just slapping it on another factory club bike that weighs 550lbs. They're still pretty cool though.
been waiting and saying for the last year+ the Challenger engine in a scout. YES
Scout 101 is looking pretty dope!!!!
Indian, did y’all watch this after you uploaded it? It’s riddled with fragmented frames and pixelation issues.
Pretty sure TH-cam Compression screwed it up
Theyre giving harley a run for their money.
I would buy the 101 today if there was a dealer near me. My local dealer closed (bought a 2023 scout there) and no other dealers are close. I have now bought two Harleys.
Got a Svart right before the model line was updated... Got a Scout right before the line was updated... Anyone got other suggestions?
Much more important (and satisfying) to be riding than waiting.
all what I can say: Wonderful!
I am so jealous of that exhaust style! I just bought a '23 and now I 'm saving to upgrade it. Silly me already burnt my thigh.
I just feel like the 101 isn’t worth it when the sport chief is only $2k more, am I crazy?
Why steel tubular frame and not aluminium?
Missing the old Model Chief Vintage model with loads of chrome and leather Saddle bags ....I wish Indian motorcycle reintroduce such models....
