I did some research. It seems the noise is caused by some sort of lifeform named "birds", which appear to be very common in open spaces such as the theater in the video. Unfortunately, preventative extermination of aforementioned birds prior to any kind of outdoor exhibition is likely to be rather unpractical, and quite illegal in most countries. How disappointing indeed.
