Hey guys, in this video we will show you how to remove or replace or install armrest lid cover on BMW E46. We demonstrated on a 2004 BMW 325CI however, the procedure should be the same from 1999 to 2006 e46 models. We will include the installation of the cover as well. Also, we have a video on our channel how to install a new leather cover only. This way you do not have to buy brand new cover.

my little rings on the lid broke, so i had to replace the entire thing with some chinese aftermarket thing, I'm gonna miss the foam in that

Hi, can you fit an armrest to an e46 centre console that didnt have one already? Or do you need a whole different console as well?
You can replace just the armrest: you need not replace the whole armrest.

@@josealvarenga8110Thanks! Never seen cover for sale in red. Looking at Amazon, eBay for replacement skins and all about $20 for DIYs but concerned about quality since most comment say they're cheap vinyl.
tom lawrence yeah i wouldn’t buy one on ebay.... if you’re wanting a genuine one i would get it off ecs. black will be the cheapest option and cinnamon is the most expensive. they also sell the entire console if you need that replaced
Go to a junkyard in your city. U pull it junkyard in Florida saves me tons of time &money for parts
I bought one from a low mileage car just going to swap it over with my 130k car everything is is done now
