      Mary,, hi i agree!,, and im 63. Did you know as woman get older we need more protein? yes, i was reading about it. I began to make Sure i had more good lean protein, nice eggs,,, lean chicken,,,, olive oil is all i cook with. avocado, and also i make toast nice grain bread, some butter, raisins (if i have dried dates i will add some),, NUTS, (walnuts, or cashews i like) and top it with banana... It is so perfect for me,,,, i get the protein from nuts. the sweet raisins nuts, grain bread banana,, put it all under broil to warm it all up....YUM... and i don't like big breakfast. this goes down nice :) ,,,,,,,,i feel So much better since i had to double my protein intake. Just a little info of other ways to look fresh and young,,, :)

      Isn't that just wishful thinking? I've been doing exercises for the last I don't know how many years and don't see any difference. The only thing that worked a little was radio frequency but then came the pandemic...

      @@peanutcampbell It will work. She is draining the lymphatic nodes which holds a fatty liquid. Such as when you have puffiness under the eyes.

    The exercise when she tips her head back with your hand on the bottom of her neck is good, but it’s more effective if you open and close her mouth at the same time.

      The only thing you can do is start lifting weights. Look up Sydney Cummings on TH-cam. You can not just fix one flabby part of your body in isolation. You have to get fit and firm all over to see a change. Try doing dry brushing with the exercise. Good luck.

    i put the speed to low - i did it. thank you. i think this will become my health, happy to see my neck!,,,,im 63, i want to feel Great! about me for the next duration of 20 more years. So think of me at 83,,lol,,, Doing my neck exercises. i went to massage school in San Diego, im a female. i didn't realize i would be uncomfortable massaging men, but i was, then i got pregnant. i relate to this situation, i may have been blessed with a nice neckline, but now i work to keep it. i am Super Excited. no $100. skin cream!! i know good brands for $20-30. , And, I've taken excellent care of my but at 63 :) This is definitely the part i need and i love it. an 8 minute video to put nice oil!! and massage with my new beauty friend.

    Hello Everyone,, this woman is wonderful! i'd like to share that when i first saw this video i thought,, OMG!,, If i stretching parts will my skin fall back in place?? ,, will it just all fall down more and never go back :) lol,, and,, when she talks about stimulating collagen and moving lymph fluid,,, and that the neck can Shrink from tight neck muscles i was beginning to understand. The first time i was afraid,,, i did it very gentle. My Neck did Not fall to the ground, :),,, the Second Time,,,, i did it i began to understand the muscles. (im a massage therapist, but Never found face massage that really made a change at all). I went to look in the mirror after the second time. OMG!,, i LOVED my face again. I smiled. So your neck will NOT fall to the ground, I used castor oil,, which worked well for my dry skin. And i always cleanse my face gently, but Well before i do this exercises. Ciao' my friends.

    I think this would be a great massage for the health of your lymphatic system and muscle tension. Unfortunately the before pics are not accurate given the angle they were taken at. Straight on angles would have been more accurate, or one with her head bending down from the side and then afters in the same angle.
