I would like to try steps 5 and 6 but am worried it will make my turkey neck worse. Is there any studies showing it is helpful or that it promotes collagen production.? Can you have a woman with a turkey neck on your channel doing your exercises and document her progress? This would be hugely beneficial to your viewers.

I don’t like that there’s limited verbal instructions. Very hard to follow especially during the parts where we are supposed to lift our head up.
