Not a rarity in the Observant Jewish community...the Torah directly forbids tattoos.

    • @milliejackson7668

Personally I would take this post seriously as the tutor appears clean and professional, all the more so for being tattoo free. I would be 99% inclined to dismiss anyone covered in tattoos, male or female (but especially female) and therefore almost certainly not watch beyond a few seconds. One discreet tattoo is neither here nor there, but the impression created by a plethora of grubby tattoos is of being more about the posturing and showing off their body art, rather than wanting to be taken seriously or appear knowledgeable. Which of course is why many companies will not hire anyone with visible tattoos.
I only wish all these young people had the sense to realise the damage they are doing to themselves. Nobody will ever be discriminated against for having no tattoos (with the exception of applying for a job in a tattoo parlour!) but in myriad ways being tattooed can and will be. That's because within a few seconds every one of us is judged on how we present ourselves. Our appearance and demeanour tell others a story, whether their interpretation is right or wrong.
We are all judged, as I am judging now. We judge on instinct, we judge on what our better knowledge and experience has taught us. So why do things to yourself which invites in negativity and prejudice? Chris Rock has joked that the reason he didn't hit Will Smith back, was because his Mum always told him not to let white people see two black men fighting! Yes, that's his stock in trade to be funny, but many a true word is said in jest. And assuming his inspiration here is a true story, then Chris Rock's mother obviously understood the consequences of racist judgement from passing strangers! Yet even the most ardent fans of tattoos shudder at the look of facial inking. They also understand that almost nobody in commercial or public enterprise would employ somebody with a head that looks like a reptile. So it is not such a leap to understand other parts of the body can equally have a detrimental impact on the image, and therefore credibility, of a business.
In a few short years time all those girls, & the equally gullible men embracing this fad for covering themselves with tattoos, are going to be in for a hideous rude awakening. When they see what inked skin looks like as it ages and their bodies morphed to look like one huge wrinkly green bruise, just watch the mental health/suicide rate escalate. They only need to look at what David Beckham has done to himself, a once handsome man with an enviable torso, massacred by every inch covered in what now looks like green slime, where not one of the illustrations is identifiable, merely reptilian. But even Beckham, during his playing career, didn't tattoo his hands. Why? Because lining up with the team, all uniformly smartly dressed in well cut suits, being presented to shake hands with global dignitaries... extending a tattooed hand is simply not a good look. Not when representing your game, your team, your country. Though standards have slid in recent years the same rule applies, because it is glaringly obvious when you see it.
Nobody wants to look like The Incredible Hulk, but for every single person who has succumbed to permitting their body to be a canvas, this is their future...

I worked hard for my beautiful skin. I'm proud of not having deliberately scarred it. I find most tatted people look like they're wearing an ugly shirt.

Aysel, this video is the ONLY one I use. It is hands down the best. That said I must bring to your attention a concern I have. I notice that you don't do the same number of reps on each side of the face ( 3:40 ). There are other instances where one side of the face gets more reps than the other. I would suggest redoing this and making sure each side gets the same number of reps, thereby avoiding the possibility of asymmetrical features. Just a kind suggestion from a loyal fan.

@@Mister_Listener A bit of exercise every day helps. I've started seeing signs a couple of years ago and with the help of facial exercises, nourishing creams and sunscreen managed to recover and keep stable. Of course only a facelift really helps but I'd never submit myself to that. I don't have the courage or the money.

Are we trying to relax the platysma muscle or tighten it? If botox relaxes it, I would think it has to be relaxed , and the lax skin over it needs to be tightened. Can you clarify?

The platysma needs to be relaxed and stretched. Because this muscle shrinks and spasms, there is excess skin on the neck. Shortening of the platysma also leads to other unpleasant changes

When we age, the skin sags and develops lines and corrugations. These exercises are not going to transform you from what happens in nature. Even if they provided skin tightening benefits, who has time to do all of the massaging and stretching each day?! This gal is pretty and youngish…once we hit our mid 50’s the skin will do what skin will even if we massage all day. Hugs!
