Hey Teresa 👋🏼 I'm going through an anxious phase currently, for a specific reason. What resonated with me here was the "if the thought comes up, let it go" approach. I think this might help, especially during the night, as it can be hard to relax and sleep if something's on your mind. Thanks as always for the video, and a Happy New Year to you 🙂
I loved this meditation session, especially where you focussed on that it's important to sometimes give a thought to important thoughts and let go of the normal and random ones. ❤❤

While I was doing this meditation pomade fell asleep 😴 was that supposed to happen?
