I might be vegan, and won't make these, but i'll still support my boy. Keep it up homie, you're skyrocketing on here and it's so dope to see! Props on knowing ACTUALLY HOW TO SAY WORCESTERSHIRE Sauce! They really make you bleep out vinegar? That's petty levels of not free speech I have ever heard. wow
@PainflyErect I don't know where you live or shop. However, the average price for chicken wings isn't 11 bucks for a family pack. That was a roll back price/mark down price.
Yeah, this saved me about 50 cents a pound or about 3 dollars, which was clutch! Wings have definitely went up alot per pound the past 5 years, but I calculated it to be under $4 a meal prep with the 3.00 per pound regular price point. When calculating the roll back it would've been less than 3 dollars per meal prep, which is even more of a steal.
Great recipe again but you should do another test with the RecipeTin technique - I've been making wings with different techniques for 30 years and this is the only one that tastes / feels just like deep fried. 1kg wings, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. 1) Leave the wings on a rack on a tray in the fridge overnight to really dry them out. You can use paper towels if short on time but it isn't nearly as good 2) toss with the baking powder and salt. 3) put one shelf in lower part of oven and one shelf on higher part of oven 4) spray rack with nonstick, and place on foil covered pan. Put wings on rack and put on lower shelf for 30 minutes at 250F 5) Increase temp to 425F and put tray on top shelf and cook for 40 to 50 minutes. This method takes longer but the actual hands on effort is very low and the results are unbeatable and the initial lower temp cook renders out a lot more fat so healthier as well - give it a try!
Those wings look so good! Have you tried wings with a a very light dusting of baking powder? It has to be the non aluminum kind, they get SO CRISPY just like they were fried
Love this! I make my own buffalo sauce when I am not pressed for calories but when I am pressed over the calories, I use Frank's Buffalo sauce, which is 0 calories but still great flavor.
Just saw this…I am going to turn this into buffalo chicken tenders and the fries will be a bag of fries (I’m Iron Cheffing it based of what’s in the freezer), and will add a little butter to my Frank’s buffalo sauce. I actually buy that buffalo sauce and add it to everything.
It's nice to see a man eating his protein and carbs. 👍I'm so getting tired of modern men eating rabbit food, they look very unhealthy... I also like the fact that you're showing men how to make healthier versions of the foods that they like, without cutting them out from their diets.
I love all these foods but personally when I'm on a diet I do better on low carb because I've noticed every time I eat over 150 g of carbs. I just get crazy hungry at night
Everyone has got to love some buffalo wings! I do a version of those wings at least once every couple of months. Only difference is that I cook them on my pellet grill, I can cook about 40 wings at a time so a little more convenient than the air fryer and get them just about as crispy utilizing the cornstarch like you. But anyways, thanks for another great recipe
I just prepped the wings for the first time ever and have some advice for finding the joint on your first attempt instead of second like me. All you have to do is flip the wing over and use your fingers to immediately find the joint and cut. Voila no need to attempt 60 wings to git gud!
Nick i am begging you to PLEASE PLEASE DO ONE ON COSTCOS BAKE CHICKEN!!! im hoping to see if its possible for you to lower the cals by 50 and the carbs by atleast 20g less. either way you rock amazing vid.
This could be a stupid question as I’m not great with cooking and macros, but does the sugar used to prep the fries not get absorbed into them and lead to a higher amount of sugar being consumed? Or is it a very minimal difference? Love the recipe though!
have you tried parboiling the fries with a little vinegar and sugar? it helps make sure the fries are cooked all the way through, gets them crispier, and takes 15 minutes or so depending on how big your batch of fries is
I have parboiled fries before and it works well for crispness. I have never had an issue with them being cooked all the way through though. I think if you have the time, you can add the parboil step, but I have really been trying to consolidate each recipe and make it as easy as possible.
For a classic meal, the chicken wings are definitely the way to go, but I may opt to go with chicken breasts tenders since that will not only be even more macro friendly but may save me prep time. Great recipe tho overall.
Thanks for mentioning how to do this with a microwave. I don't have an air fryer at work. Also I've mentioned on a couple of your videos that your links for the pans you used for the pan pizza are broken. Any way you can let me know the size of your pans or put up an updated link? I want to make it but I'm not sure if my pans are too small and need to get some new ones. Thanks for the recipes!
I saw your video in the morning in school today right when it came out but forgot to comment Plz make chocolate chip cookies like subway's, classic semni sweet, white chocolate macadamia, and double chocolate cookie plz.
I died from the bleep. Sometimes youtube falsely flags words it misinterprets. Another classic is saying Arnold Schwarzenn- n word to avoid the same flag 😂.
Dude, something ain’t adding up here. I could also be missing it which is possible, but your pack of wings along is 4.75 pounds raw. In total the wings come to 4115 calories raw. If you divide that by 5 then the wings by themselves plain, no flour, no cornstarch comes to 823 calories. How can one serving be 603 calories using that math? I’m not even being snarky, it’s a genuine questions
It’s possible that you’re not accounting for the further division of flats v. drums. I don’t know that for sure, but I assume that’s the most likely case.
I made this meal and prepared as described. You need to weigh your wings before coating or cooking, then weigh the bones when you finish eating and calculate the actual amount that you consumed. Then you will see how he got his calorie totals.

baking soda boil instead of sugar wash would make them super crispy and delicious
I'm mad that you found 11 dollar wings. 😂 The price for wings now is like a car down-payment. 😂
Price looks about right.
@PainflyErect I don't know where you live or shop. However, the average price for chicken wings isn't 11 bucks for a family pack. That was a roll back price/mark down price.
I mean frozen ones go on sale regularly too. Depends on where you shop though

Why are wings so expensive in the states? We get 2kg (about 4.5lbd) for under £3! ($4.50ish)

I second that! Nagi's recipes are awesome 😊
The Vinegar edit solved racism. During Black History Month no less 💀
I've been adding butter & garlic paste to my Frank's Buffalo wing sauce for a while and it makes it 100x better.

My man! So happy i found this channel. Fellow Chicagoan too!
My son tagged you in my account and left it opened for me to see this. I think I have been summoned to bring this to Texas. Lol😂
That vinegar joke lmao

Nick is the GOAT
Wings are super cheap on the east coast in at Aldi,Lidl and Food Lion

How do you track the calories in chicken wings. Do you minus the calories from the bones? Do you weigh the bones to see how much meat you ate?
I just prepped the wings for the first time ever and have some advice for finding the joint on your first attempt instead of second like me. All you have to do is flip the wing over and use your fingers to immediately find the joint and cut. Voila no need to attempt 60 wings to git gud!
If you’re taking these to work and don’t have a way to reheat them other than a microwave. I would just use franks buffalo powder. It’s pretty good.

if i can give you a quick tip. Look up how chefs hold their knife. Its easier to handle and more "ergonomic"
This man did not just censor Vinegar. The way I laughed just now. Ya'll are doing too much.

@@Exercise4CheatMeals that makes sense, still looks like a kickass recipe either way! you make our anabolic forefathers proud
Why did you bleep out vinegar? I’m so confused Lol
May I request red lobster cheddar biscuits next 😩🤤
Can’t wait to take these to work everyday
Does the sugar add any calories to it since it’s soaks in it or does it not change
Can you do parmesan garlic wings???
For a classic meal, the chicken wings are definitely the way to go, but I may opt to go with chicken breasts tenders since that will not only be even more macro friendly but may save me prep time. Great recipe tho overall.
I don’t even eat bone in wings but I’m still commenting for algo and watching to apply the recipe to my boneless wings
Funny looking pizza
That's what pizza pot pies are like
what would the macros be without the fries
So you can’t say vinegar on TH-cam now?

Yeah it is 16x22 and thank you for letting me know! I will update the link now.
😂 Waka Flocka Flame 😂 Always with solid recipes dude!
How is it possible that we have the same bowls, plates, and containers? I guess everyone has target and bed bath and beyond haha
Can you make some sort of non-spicy version of this? I love a lot of your recipes, but I just can’t do spicy foods.
I saw your video in the morning in school today right when it came out but forgot to comment Plz make chocolate chip cookies like subway's, classic semni sweet, white chocolate macadamia, and double chocolate cookie plz.
Can I use something besides corn starch? Daughter is allergic to corn.
Any starch works! Potato is my other go-to
Good cookin
Please I just need the macros for the wings I can never find proper calories for wings
Hey Nick I just noticed that your E-book was never updated for this new recipe
Email me and well get you the updated version. You shouldve received the updated version almost two weeks ago.

Let me guess; this meal has more carbs than protein
