Thats no full size hdmi, its not 2016, its 2160
That's incorrect, you can't capture DCI 4K resolution, only UHD.
Perhaps ProRes raw allows this, but currently no.
The HDMI of the Z6 is HDMI mini, not full size. I freaked out and thought I bought the wrong cable.

While through normal recording [3840×2160; 60p] & [3840×2160; 50p] have been made available on the Z 6II with the camera firmware v1.02:

I have Been with Nikon for years but looking at changing, I would buy a z line camera, but why do we have to send them away to work with the external recorder for raw? and Why, not BM video assist as well it would be a game changer for you to be able to shoot braw to the video assist

It also support braw with video assist. I guess bmd just dosent markeing this.
Ninja V stops recording audio after a while can you please help me. It only records a few seconds and then it cuts out

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue, we suggest contacting Atmos support and inquiring on further assistance, in regard to this issue as they are the manufacturers of the software.
You can also try simple troubleshooting methods such as removing the battery and memory card from the device, inserting it after about 10 seconds. You can also update the firmware of the camera if it is not already updated to potentially fix the issue.

Downgrade the firmware on the Ninja V. The same thing happened to me. Downgrading the firmware worked fine.

virtually the same, the only difference is 4444 is ideal for when working with blue and green screen.
But why can't record in 4k 60fps?

Hi there. The Legalize HDMI input allows to manually apply a Full-to-Legal range conversion on the recorded input. Given this, it's up to the user if they want this or not. For more information, we advise you to contact Atomos support.

Hi Jody, The Atomos Ninja V supports the Z 6 and Z 7 but not the Z 50.
This is why I have a Panasonic GH5 and GH5s, why do Nikon have such a convoluted menu system just to get the Z6 to record to the Ninja V?

Not sure which gimbal, but you can connect an external recorder on the side of the gimbal. theres specific screw holes it can be attached too. i own the Ronin SC and it allows that

Hello. For the Z 6 and the Z 7 cameras, the maximum recording time is 29 minutes and 59 seconds.
@@NikonEurope Is this without the use of the external monitor? For the z7ii, if an external monitor is used, would the recording duration time extend past the maximum in camera recording?

With regard to your question, when an External HDMI recorder is used to record video with the Z7II camera, the maximum recording duration for any given file, is dictated by the recorder itself and not the camera.

Even here on this videos you can see how wrong are colors on Ninja. Thats like filming more or less. And never sure what comes on your Monitor =D. And battery life like Ice in desert =D
