Great episode...been a fan of his since Supernatural. Was shocked to hear about the stroke and its great to see him doing so well....and my God does Selma Blair look incredible. I had a smile the whole time she was on
Loved both of these interviews. I hope, don’t think he will, but Timothy Omundson deserves some Emmy consideration for the Psych sequel. Thought he gave an incredible and emotional performance. Love Lassie
I had no idea Selma had MS until I watched this episode. Kind of made me tear up watching her be so brave and open about the effects of MS. I don't have MS myself but i grew up with a parent that was diagnosed early in my childhood and have seen the absolutely devastating effects MS brings in the one diagnosed and the ones closest being affected by it as well. And then seeing Tim discuss about his challenges surviving and persevering and overcoming his debilitation as well. Both Selma and Tim are people who embody the essence of true beauty and strength and inspiration.
I cried watching Selma. She’s so inspiring. She has overcome so much with the most beautiful constitution. 💕 I loved her talking about how she felt about herself and not having purpose. I have struggled with the same all my life, and it helps to hear amazing and inspiring people relate and normalize these feelings of self doubt.
This man defines the word hero. His stroke recovery story is truly inspirational and will touch the hearts of many. Can not think of a more motivational way to start my day. Thanks Rosey❤️🙏🏻
Absolutely love Selma and Timothy for their brilliance as Actors, but love them more for their Bravery and Resilience. Just two of the nicest people. Great episode 👏
The fact that this podcast shines a light on anxiety and depression every episode means a lot to me as I deal with a lot and am disabled and I know a lot of us do. So it means so much Michael that you make this a talking point with all the guests and my favorite people. Fellow Indiana guy who is a huge fan and wanted to say thanks
This is for Timothy, First comment ever on TH-cam. You’re a true gentleman. I am with out words at this point. Just finished binge watching psych last night. I new about your stroke and had to hide it from my fiancée until after the show. I watched this podcast just now and after neck surgery in April and lower spine surgery in July I just have one observation, thank you. At 60 years old and a huge fan of smart TV show, you inspire me. Yes, you performed amazingly in psych. But, you’re a better person. I was crushed when I heard about the stroke and was apprehensive about listening to the podcast. But I am inspired by your recovery. Stay YOU! Be your best. Hollywood needs actors like you. Funny, strong, stubborn? Narrow minded (in character). I feel better now than did prior to listening to this. Thanks , just thanks!
TIm is looking so good these days! The smiles are getting bigger. All the hard work is paying off. Thank you, Michael, for featuring his story! He inspires me so much. Strength. Humility. Gratitude. Persistence. Humor. Positivity. Friendship. Love.
I'm also a young stroke survivor, 4 years out now. It's a heck of an event to live through, and I'm reminded every day of what my new limitations are. But I'm still here and I wish Timothy all the best.
I was absolutely devastated when I heard Timothy had a stroke. I love Psych, and had met him dozens of times & he was always all class. I was asking Steve Franks almost every time I saw him during that 1st Psych movie how was Tim doing, because I sincerely hoping he was doing well. Had the fortunate luck to meet Timothy again when he was here for Psych 2. Seeing him on here, he seems to be doing much better now than even then. Great chat. Thanks Michael for having him, as well as James & Dule on. Also, was really nice seeing Selma Blair on at the beginning.
I know Timothy Omundson from so many things, but I LOVED him as Lassiter, he was my personal fave from that show. I'm always happy to see his interviews & see how well his recovery is going. All the best to him going forward.
I discovered your podcast because I am a hard core psycho -- loved all your podcasts with the actors, especially baby blue eyes Tim! (And shout out to Selma Blair!) And now I am an "Inside of You" fan! Thank you for talking about real stuff! Looking forward to catching up on all the goodness that I have been missing. Thank you!
Such a powerful episode. Timothy has such an innate grace about him, I can see why he is so loved by his colleagues. And your conversation with Selma was so moving: two cute NYC kids, grown into amazing people.
I've waited for this episode for so long❤️ I knew Timmy as Lassiter, loved him as King Richard and then saw him again as Cain and I think he's such a big role model and you can look up to him💖 so thank you for doing this
Selma is absolutely an inspiration. The strength and the positivity she exudes is infectious, and makes me want to improve and work on myself, and be thankful for everything that I have.
Thank you so much for this interview, I suffered a stroke 10 years ago that has completely changed my life. I must admit, I sat on the pity pot for a long time and still do sometimes from what lost. Instead I need to focus on the things I’ve gained during life post stroke. Thank you 🙏
Selma Blair is so beautiful and inspirational. I've been dealing with severe Crohn's Disase for 18 years, and believe me, the stress is a killer. Countless operations and biologic treatments etc., financial worries and never knowing if you're going to be in pain or not will drive you insane. I used to watch Timothy on Psych, and he was so funny and so good. I wish him a full recovery. Being ill is so hard. Bless all of you!
Sounds hyperbolic, but I've always thought she was gorgeous. (And having watched the video, she's very strong. The lessons she's having to learn, they're important ones for everyone, but that she's having to, and keeping sane, it's a thing worthy of respect.)
The intro with Selma almost made me tear up, I started thinking about the fact that she has a kid and how different things are for her but as she continued talking you just see her strength and that was beautiful, I didn't feel sad anymore. And with Timothy, he is a miracle case. My mom had a stroke, it wasn't too bad but she got diagnosed with a heart condition, one of my aunts had a stroke similarly to Timothy's and she could not walk or talk well, it took a few therapy sessions for her to again but she still can't move her left hand, I think well. One of my uncle's had one, the same way under different circumstances but nevertheless, it's scary that this or anything can hit you just like that.
I remember seeing Timothy in the Disney channel movie Luck of The Irish in the early 2000s and then recognized him in Psych, which I LOVE his character in psych. I don’t know much about him outside of his work so I’m excited for this episode!
Wow. Selma is so incredible! Your friendship really makes this just feel like a conversation. I had no idea of her struggles. I’ve loved her since her Zoe show.
I've known this gorgeous, I mean, wildly handsome 🥰 man since he played Eli on Xena, then followed in many stuff like Judging Amy, Psych and Spn of course. I'm so proud of his strength and I love Tim so much! 💪🏼💚💙 Thanks Michael for this video! 💕 Ps: just subscribed the channel, that's the only thing I can do for now, but done, as soon as you asked 😉
Tim is amazing and going through a stroke can be so stressful I just want to give my love from a fan. My own dad went through it and it can be hard on the family as well. Being so open about it it's great to see. I love this show for really letting we the viewers see someone for who they are and not for just what they have done acting wise. Beautiful and moving.
The strength and passion of this woman is just intoxicating, raising a child and battling a terrible illness. This is the best example of a real woman there is, I'm so in love with her as a human.
Selma is gorgeous, and stronger than I could ever be. I would still be in the fetal position crying why me. Such an inspiration. "Bad things happen in life, but its how you respond to them that define you" - Timothy Omundson.
When Selma was on,…I just started weeping. Not because I feel “sorry for” her, but because with her struggles, having had two strokes in the past year, I felt like I was watching a mirror image of myself. In that, this is what others see when they interact with me. I hadn’t consciously seen (faced) that before now. But like she said, with tons of P.T., O.T., & prayer, “this too shall pass”. And yes, it will only be to an extent, but will pass none the less. So thank you Selma for having the courage and strength to do this ❤️
My dad had a similar experience, a random stroke in his 30s that changes his life. It was such an honor to listen to Timothy. I adore his character lassie so much 🥰
I knew about his stroke, of course, I've been a huge fan of his for years, but I didn't know it was caused by overdoing it working out. That was interesting and terrifying to me. This really is an amazing ep and I really appreciate how raw and real this interview is. A lot of interviews from other people are overly edited and almost seems scripted but I love how casual and laid back this is. Thank you for having such a great interview. I sure hope like hell Timothy can fully recover. I love him!
Selma is forever beautiful and is a wonderful neighbor! Timothy has unearthly hair for which I’m envious and he has massive balls to overcome the stroke as he has done. Both people are incredibly inspirational…!
Absolutely amazing episode. Very humbling to hear from both Selma and Timothy as well as your own story. Thank you all for your bravery and highlighting that we are all so much more than what we are dealing with x x x
OH, this was wonderful! It is so clear how much he is improving and as always so funny. As an actor I admire him and as a human I aspire to be like him. You do such good with every interview and your show is so unique. The Selma intro made me think of Rachel Miner from Supernatural who has MS and is an admin for the non-profit Random Acts. She and Misha Collins, who started it, both are really amazingly interesting people. Thank you so much for the way you delve into the anxieties and human foibles we all face and fear! I listened tonight because I knew it would help me relax. Love ya. :)
Timothy's speech is really improving. Such an inspiration. I had a stroke several years ago, not as severe. But it affected my speech. It has taken a few years to get my speech to improve, and I still see the deficiencies in myself. So maybe he doesn't notice his great improvement. But it is very impressive. I can tell he is doing a lot of work on it.
From someone that has had some of these issues, I applaud all of you for sharing your experience as it may help someone feel like they are not alone. This is more important than you will ever realize. I pray for all of you ✌🏻❤️🙏
Did not know both Selma and Timothy went and are going through this. After listening to this episode earlier at work, I have all the more admiration for them.
Just watched the first 20 minutes so far and I just loved your talk with Selma Blair. She is truly an inspiration and I enjoy real talk like that. I hope to meet her someday and Michael, you always kill it at these interviews. Keep it up! 😁
Having just finished, what a monumentally moving episode, Ser. I beg that come what may, you remain eternally proud of this particular installment. This and the previous episode make me hope that not only is there yet another Psych movie, but that it might feature (perhaps as its villain or a foil to Shawn) a guest star named you, Rosey!
Such a treat to get a bit of Selma Blair. She is truly amazing and such an interesting person. I hope we could get a full "Inside of you" with her one day. 💖💖💖👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
She is much stronger than I'll ever be. Retreated from FB cuz a surgery that affected my right side of my body. Just got speech back to where I'm comfortable speaking to strangers. Stress/anxiety def doesnt help. Good to hear her speak out. She's on point!
Michael, that was amazing! Could you get Rachel Minor on? She runs Random Acts for Misha Collins right now, and has MS, and is embraced by Supernatural Fandom. She's such an inspiration, and we love her so much. I'd love to see you interview her, because she has important things to say and the world needs to hear it. Thank you for giving a spotlight to those of us who have a disability or chronic condition. Much love from the Netherlands.
My wife was diagnosed with MS 14 years ago, on our wedding anniversary. It has definitely been a roller coaster. To echo what Selma said, stress is absolutely a trigger for MS exacerbations. The strength my wife shows has always been encouraging and MS is scary. It affects everyone differently. Thank you Michael for airing this podcast, and thank you Tim and Selma for showing the varying degrees of strength per different life struggles.
Tim deserves a huge role to help him out. I've only ever known him as Lassie and Cain. He is a wonderful actor and Rosie, you nailed another excellent interview.
I had a stroke in 2019. I was very blessed. I never lost my verbal, language, muscle strength, and my face never drooped. I lost vision on my left side of my left eye. My vision has mostly returned. I am left with a slight vision deficit in my lower left quadrant. I was back to work in three weeks. I watch my blood pressure and salt intake. And absolutely no caffeine.
Amazing strength and courage shown by both Ms. Blair and Mr. Omundson. Psych, Supernatural and Lucifer are some of my all time favorite shows. I think it is great that Ms. Blair and Mr. Omundson are using their platform to bring MS and Strokes to the public attention. The average person who suffers from these terrible conditions don't also ways have the necessary support around them to help them get back up on their feet.
Selma is one of my celebrity crushes, and now even more so as she is such an inspiration. It was great having Timothy on and seeing that he is doing better! Love you guys, hope you and all your loved ones are doing well.
Thank you for this PodCast with Timothy and Selma. I was hoping to hear some news from Selma. She's is doing great and they're both heroes!! My best regards...thank you, Michael.
Don't really know Timothy Omundson, but I'm looking forward to learning about him. These episodes are the ones I always find so fascinating when I don't know much about the guest. I know I have said that to you before and probably more than once 😂😂😂 Keep up the awesome work Rosey. Thank you for all you do. Happy Tuesday 💙
This was a great episode! Tim is just one of the finest human beings ever and a superb actor to boot, and his recovery journey is incredibly inspiring. ❤
I Love u so much Selma, thank u for your strength and bravery is a true inspiration to us all and especially to me. I truly thank u from the bottom of my heart
Alright, two things... One : Timothy has to be an AMAZING person for so many people to go to such great lengths to root for him and help him get over this. Kudos to James, Dulle, and all the guys on Psych who chose to make sure he wasn't left behind. That says a lot about them, but it absolutely says tons about the kind of person Timothy is. Two : what a fucking power house he is to be able to fight at this level... I'm amazed and honestly in pure awe of his will power. He is a real, bona fide hero. You can tell Michael is emotional at times as well, and so was I watching this interview... Three : Anyone who doesn't just LOVE Selma Blair is nuts. She's incredibly sweet and charismatic, always was, always will be. And she's a warrior too... tons of respect. I know, I said two things, but I just couldn't not mention Selma, now could I ? Michael, that was an awesome interview, yet again. Love your show. Tons of good vibes from France.
I know I’m really late to the party here (I just discovered this podcast), but I absolutely loved both of these interviews! I’ve always been a huge fan of Psych and Tim Omundson and it was incredible to listen to his perspective and outlook following his stroke. It’s also so cool to see how close the Psych family is in how they supported Tim and kept him in all of the movies ❤ Selma literally brought me to tears when she was describing how stress exacerbates her symptoms, and yet she’s so joyful and full of life, she’s truly amazing!
Thank you Michael for the intro and the wonderful and beautiful Selma Blair, and the core of the show being the conversation with Mr. Omundson, as a stroke survivor, it does pay to look back at how far he's/we've come. I was unaware of his situation until this episode, now I feel a bit more a part of things
Really enjoyed both Selma and Tim interviews. I really liked what you and Tim said about celebrities who do good things when the cameras aren’t rolling. I watch interviews to try to get a sense of actors and this segment was special. I love humility! Good job all on keeping down to earth
Selma is an inspiration! I'm not an emotional person, but she made me tear up. I'm glad to see that she's not letting MS win! Keep going, Selma! You are in our prayers!
I'm super happy you did this. Tim is one of my favorites. I was so excited when I saw your interview with James and Dule, hearing you say you'd get in contact with Tim. Very very cool.
I love Selma. I didn’t realize she struggled w MS. She’s wonderful for speaking out and sharing. What a strong woman. Tim’s story was wonderful to hear. I love hearing a happy ending. I love when he says...”I don’t have to go to work, but I get to go to work.” Amen 🙏🏼 🙌🏼
Amazing podcast as always! Tim is a true warrior and inspiration and it's amazing watching his journey. And Selma, I don't have words. Awe-inspiring. If you're taking requests, I think an in-depth interview like this with Elliot Page would be absolutely amazing right now.
I have degenerative disc disease (DDD) in my cervical spine (c-spine), which causes a phenomenon known as cervicogenic headaches. Some of these headaches are so bad that it affects my vision and if I try to stand... well... I won't be standing, for long. After hearing Mr. Omundson's account of having the "worst headache he's ever had", it frightens me. With the knock-me-off-my-feet headaches I get, at what point do I pack it up and say, "Welp... time to go in and get looked at"? Glad to see that he is doing better. Best wishes for continued good health, to him. And Ms. Blair... what a testament of strength and inspiration. Great show, this one. It served as a surprising source of inspiration.
Very nice talk with two nice people, who are goodie people. When darkness pulls at you as it did then they became true Jedi lights. Very proud to see them.
Being a psych fan ive seen alot of Timothy and may I say he's come really far in just the past few months after seeing an interview earlier in the year. Im glad he's starting to get better. Not a bad time to recover either with all thats going on and Hollywood slowing down good time to collect yourself and recover.
Absolutely loved this episode, selma was amazing and being a huge psycho myself watching lassie talk about his recovery in such a positive and inspiring way was just the best . I love your podcast and how honest and true and real you are with all your guests 🙏 thank you Michael Rosenbaum!!!
I have just finished watching this episode. What a lovely man and love his story. He is looking great. And I loved that you had selma in the intro I absolutely love her! Great episode as always Rosenbaum love ya ❤
Amazing ep this week folks. Huge showing of bravery and openness from both Timothy and Selma. Hope you folks enjoy 💙
Love Lassie
I would love seeing a more of both of these phenomenal, inspiring, beautiful guests.
I just realized who you are. I was watching a channel react to It’s Always Sunny and saw you there too. Weird timing.
Interview Vince Vaughn I think you would be very interesting on your podcast
I had no idea Selma had MS until I watched this episode. Kind of made me tear up watching her be so brave and open about the effects of MS. Well said ❤️ huge motivational story this week. Puts everything into perspective
I was psyched for this one! A great man with a great story.

@@InsideOfYouPodcast I was hoping you would catch that 🤣
I see what you did there :nods with respect:
Absolutely love Selma and Timothy for their brilliance as Actors, but love them more for their Bravery and Resilience. Just two of the nicest people. Great episode 👏
Selma is such a blast. I agree with Timothy, Selma is someone you can't help but to admire.

I have deep respect and admiration for Timothy and Selma.
Wow! So much respect for Selma and Tim bring awareness to MS and stroke recovery. Very brave of them to come on and share their experiences.

As a brain bleed survivor.. and a fan of Tim ..he’s a great spokesman for strokes etc
Timothy is SO funny in Galavant. I remember hearing about the stroke, and I'm glad he's doing better.

I'm such a big Timothy Omundson fan and this was such an inspiring episode. AND to see Selma Blair? Wow! She too is so inspiring.

Love his work in psych but even more as Cain in Supernatural. Thanks Mr. Rosenbaum for having Timothy and Selma on!

It has taken a few years to get my speech to improve, and I still see the deficiencies in myself. So maybe he doesn't notice his great improvement. But it is very impressive. I can tell he is doing a lot of work on it.
Wonderful to hear from Selma and Timothy. Both so inspiring.
From someone that has had some of these issues, I applaud all of you for sharing your experience as it may help someone feel like they are not alone. This is more important than you will ever realize. I pray for all of you ✌🏻❤️🙏
Remember him from "Luck of the Irish" on Disney Channel, good times.
Selma looks amazing and I'm truly inspired by her perseverance. Timothy hasn't come on yet, but I had to say something real quick. God bless her. 💗
Highly HIGHLY recommend the show Galavant, his character is my favorite!
Fuck yes man, watch him play Cain and then watch him on Gallivant. Then watch him on Lucifer play God. I really like the guy
Jericho is a show where he has minor character that is truly menacing.
Very much enjoying these podcasts. I love Timothy Omundson, and I’m glad he’s recovering well. Also, was very nice to see Selma Blair doing so well!
Love Timothy. So glad to see him doing so well. Looks like he's really recovering nicely.
God I love these people. THANK YOU Michael. One of the best eps yet!
Thank you for this PodCast with Timothy and Selma. I was hoping to hear some news from Selma. She's is doing great and they're both heroes!! My best regards...thank you, Michael.
I agree always saying "I love you" to kids and family. Important not take anything for granted.
Hope it's okay that I am slowly catching up on the earlier episodes. Love the interview style, Michael! Thank you for doing this.
Don't really know Timothy Omundson, but I'm looking forward to learning about him. These episodes are the ones I always find so fascinating when I don't know much about the guest. I know I have said that to you before and probably more than once 😂😂😂
Keep up the awesome work Rosey.
Thank you for all you do.
Happy Tuesday 💙
Happy Tuesday Lil Lisa 💙
I was introduced to him mainly with supernatural, but Psych is an awesome show! ❤️
Love you Michael! Big fan from Chicago!!!
appreciate it chi town
Selma is doing ok and i'm happy to see she is fine. She deserves everything good on her life.
Cant wait to watch. Love Tim and you Rosey
What a great interview! He inspires me!
So impressed by him. Always loved him as an actor, more now!
Thank you, Michael! As a big SPN fan, I know him as Cain. He was really creepy there, I love his acting. Very dark character he played. ☺
My father had a minor stroke over a year ago, he had to retire a year earlier than he wanted to. but he's doing good. :)
I love seeing Tim drink out of a Lassiter mug
Right!? Totally laughed out loud at that moment!
I had the pleasure of meeting Timothy this last weekend and he was an absolutely lovely guy ❤
Tim- I am so inspired by your bravery and positive attitude. I wish you nothing but the best. Psycho for life. ❤️🍍
