Was listening to this on transit through the city. Couldn't help but feel almost nostalgic staring out at the passing lights, thinking back on my life, and looking forward to a new and exciting future. Truly inspiring and hopeful. I've been listening to angels and airwaves almost nonstop since my mother passed away, she loved them, and I never stop coming back to hear the hopeful lyrics and music Tom produces. Thank you AVA!

It is like you found your way back to a time gone by right? I discovered their album in 2013 and when I hear this part now I am thrown back to that year at my college dorm. The memories are actually not significant but they are very vivid and carry a whole lot of meaning for no particular reason. That memory could just be sitting at your desk in your dorm room but you remember precise smells and imagery - basically reliving a moment in time. I hope this trigger is also what you associate with 4:21 onwards.

even if the first two albums were released under Tom's label, AVA itself is not a solo project so things don't work that simple.
