I'm not sure if this was intentional but I like to think you're just calmly building a new small vehicle after losing your last ship in a giant burning pile of lost progress

Their mint to be used with a base, or other ship. Yet still be able to fit in a small area.

I made a similar concept ship for asteroids exploration not too long ago, and I am happy to see a similar ship.

The second one for me constantly dies on me while mining. Eats up 20k ice before I can fill 2 cargo containers.

yeah the problem is large grid drills barely clear 1 block worth of space when drilling so there's no way any of these can properly mine anything other than ice. plus I doubt those thrusters are enough to carry a full load so it's not even good for that. which is why there's no other videos about this

Intended to be used in junction with boring feature to get to the ore you need. They hold plenty on moons, and in space. You could always adjust as needed. This is what makes it yours. Get creative. I guess I'll just have to make more designs. What a blessing.

This is probably why you can build land vehicles.

@@painstudios148 With large grid drills, you need to look at the nose of the ship to see if any parts stick out from the sides top and bottom. If there are then you need more drill coverage. Also a side to side gap between LG drills is asking for trouble. A checkerboard pattern is a little safer. Small grid versions of these would likely work better.
