I know obviously it’s your own choices and none of our opinions matter(rightly so!), but I am so happy that you decided not to move, it’s a stunning house with so much potential to be the perfect family home and I LOVE seeing how you’re developing it with your own stamp on it!! So inspiring as a first time buyer, me and my fiance bought our house in August but were only now finding the means to really start taking it to the next level and I’m getting so much advice/inspiration from your videos!
Looks great. You might saw the boards at the end of the path at an angle down towards the ground to take away the point that in my case caused two trips to ER when my 3yr old fell while running after the dog and hit the sharp edge. (7 stitches) And around ten days later my 8 yr old went for 13 stitches. Just a suggestion of course. When your roses flower then the flower dies cut them down the stem after the point of no less the 4 leaves on a single branch of they will flower more often. Calla Lilly's very pretty and I suggest Hummingbird feeder if you have them in your area. Much love to you all. Fab the office looking great to, finally (oh did I say that out loud. Lol
Great work guys!! Can't wait to see the rest. Also you can get a clear resin that you pour over stones to keep them in place!! I saw a video online the other day. Might be an option 😅 xx
I would put bark around the roses as if you get any black spot, it can fall on the leaves and go into the soil to the roots and kill the roses. Also give the roses some rose feed once every fortnight between now and late summer, it will make them grow amazing!! Took me a good few years to get to grips with roses, but I advise do your homework on them xxx
To train your roses up the fence you can use wire and wrap it round or use string to tie it around for extra support. Mines thriving up my fence with wires. Well done guys, really looks great! As a mum of boy/girl twins it is relentless when they want to get involved and “help”🫠😂🫣 xx
Couldn't find you both on here for months so happy I have found yous again been catching up the past two days. Can't believe how big the boys are now ❤
That looks SO nice! I love that garden center also! That's awesome that the store gifted you the egg chair! Such kind workers staff that store! Watching the twins run around and play is bittersweet. My twin boys just turned 31 in June. I miss the baby/toddler stage badly. 💙💚⚽️
As couples go, you two are prob right up there at the top. I love the way you work together and that part of the garden looks amazing!! I’m thinking seriously about some climbing roses after seeing yours, I’ve got lots of potted plants in my garden and I love it but the best scent comes from the jasmine and the honeysuckle that also climb. You are doing a fantastic job , well done!! Lotsa love as always Lucy (yep… still in same place🤣) xxxxx
The garden looks great, luv those sleepers!!! The best results you get from plants is to let them climatize to your garden after bringing them home from the nursery. Just leave them for about 2 weeks in their existing pots and water with a seaweed/fish solution a day or two before transplanting them. And never put fertilizer in direct contact with the roots, it can burn them, its better to sprinkle additions evenly onto the soil, then fork it through, and always tease the root ball and cut off any extras, i made a rookie mistake with my Limonium's and they died, the root ball was so tight that apparently they were strangled, this also encourages the plants to take off faster as they establish new roots. But luv how it's going, the sleepers look AMAZING and I like how you put the first 👍 reminder when Fab was topless sawing a sleeper😆😉
The garden is coming along beautifully, we put bark in our garden it's great not to have to weed all the time now , also it looks rustic and is great for our roses , what ever you decide it will look great , you've done your homework 😀 👍
It's all looking great. So kind of the garden centre to help and give you the chair xx I don t live in the UK so it's a pity about the weather you are having. 😊
Looks amazing, i got into gardening while i was pregnant 15 years ago, i absolutely love it now, its an expensive hobby! You should have painted the fence before you did the flower bed, you'll have to tread all over it to paint it now x
Great transformation, looks great. Just a bit of advice you would of ideally painted the bottom of the sleepers with some black jack paint and the sides in contact with soil. You will be lucky to get two years out of them before they start rotting.
Great roses I’ve brought the same ones David Austins , I brought willow trellis to train mine up & omg t looks so lovely , it was only £20 , your little ones was having so much fun bless them helping ha ha it’s going to be lovely sitting out when the rain goes away xx
Well haven’t you done great. Sleepers look brilliant. Don’t forget to dead head the roses as more will come back. Chop back the lavenders in the autumn. Wait till you brush past them or the rain bobs on them the smell is incredible I have two also. Get rid of the ivy on the fence as it will tangle the roses. I love seeing the boys happy and not a care in the world. Their little voices ❤ xx
Oh guys that looks amazing. Well done. Omg you two work so damn hard. But what a transformation. The boys are just beautiful. Good for you. Love your channel. Thanks as always. Take care
Love, love, love this video! your garden looks amazing! I absolutely love the flowers you picked for the garden. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I cannot wait till its completed and get to see the finished garden, looking forward to the next video.
Your garden is looking really pretty. Loved your boys singing baa baa black sheep at the garden shop while you were getting your plants, adorable..❤❤❤❤
I bet you guys have really helped promote that garden centre with all our videos :) If I lived closer, I would go, I've got a few golden ones near me in devon, luckily
Defo get a hozelock attachment for your hose, will help with watering those plants and has various different settings! Not sure if you also plan to get some varnish spray for the fence panels? Would just make it look even nicer and cover up the greeny bits! Great work guys!
Loved it. Gardener here. Yes, Fab was a little heavy-handed with the bone meal, but I love that you are having a go. Enjoy. Your and your home is beautiful. Xxx
Looking great. I brought those pot people and the legs keep falling off as the string rots outside, I have already redone them and they have fallen off again x
Hydrangeas colour is often governed by the PH level in the soil. So don’t be surprised if they flower a different colour lol. You can buy a liquid from the nursery that will change the colour to what you like.
Hi to the best family on the planet 🌏 u r amazing mummy and daddy u r just so relaxed with the boys U would never know they r your first the way u do all the hard work in your amazing house Ell is so good she takes everything in her stride the boys r the best love love all your videos u deserve every bit of help u get as u have such a busy life stay happy 😊the garden will be brilliant take care from Jackie 🌸🪴🌺💪🫶
I love all the plants y’all bought. Your garden will not only look beautiful but will also smell wonderful. The boys were so cute lending their little helping hands where they could. Maybe next year you could let the boys plant a couple of tomato plants and some strawberry plants. Y’all should check out the channel Celebrating Appalachia. They grow their own vegetable gardens and flowers. They have a wealth of knowledge about growing things and they also have a set of twin girls that were born 27 years ago and each of them just had their first baby this past spring. I think you could learn a lot about plants and would really enjoy their channel. Hope all of you have a wonderful day. Hugs from the south east coast of Florida.😎🌴🐠🌴😎
Beautiful flower garden. Will you have your brick patio and concrete pad power washed? I will really brighten the area and I think they can clean the green algea off the fences.
Rain, is just what you needed to water the new plants in and rinse of the gravel. The back garden including the dirt, is great for the boys immune systems. You can't wrap them in cotton wool, 24/7/365.
Love the start on the garden. I think the dark pink flowers you were trying to pronounce are impatiens. The are annuals and die off every winter here in 🇨🇦. Not sure about you in 🏴 🏴
I strongly recommend you reconsider your paint scheme for your office. Obviously, you're going to do some videos in there, so the black makes sense for your studio. I would consider painting half of it black. That way, when you're editing or working, you can have an area that isn't black and it provides you more ambient light when you aren't in front of the camera.
I love the garden! I found once, that a pink hydrangea I bought went blue because my soil was acidic. You may find the coulour changes for you too? All look beautiful.
My lord. You managed to transfer TWO toddlers from a car sleep to a cot sleep, not even for bed time but for a day nap, and both were successful?! Guys the garden is looking so good but seriously that nap transfer is what is super impressive to me wow wow wow 🤣
Dont mulch with bark. Weeds will still grow in it.Put a decent membrane around the plants. (Not the cheap fabic stuff its rubbish). Then cover that with purple slate. It will be easier to maintain. It will show the plants off. It will add more definition and colour which will change when it rains. And will be a contrast to the pathway
Let us know what you think in the comments! If any of you guys have solar powered light recommendations then leave those too plz 🤍
Looks lovely you need porcelain now finish it off look at rjp gardens 🤩

Wow 🤩, your garden looks beautiful. I always wanted an egg chair. I don’t have one yet. Great job 👏. Love you guys ❤❤❤❤
The stones work out so much cheaper if you get half a ton then the small bags as I found out
Garden is looking lovely! Heads up though, that gorgeous hydrangea is going to get big!
And will require plenty of water, you will see the flowers and leaves start drooping when thirsty x
Your garden is looking lovely btw x
Your garden looks very pretty!!! Great job you four😀
Great work guys!! Can't wait to see the rest. Also you can get a clear resin that you pour over stones to keep them in place!! I saw a video online the other day. Might be an option 😅 xx
Hat off once again 🎩!! Twin toddlers and a fabulous new garden 🥂👌🤗

Agree with the bark, I believe it also deters slugs crawling up the pots.
Definitely get bark its great for gardens ❤
Great job! Looks loads better guys ❤
Absolutely beautiful beginning of an awesome garden. 😊
Clematis would look lovely growing up the fence
Will have a look into them!
@@fabandelland honeysuckle, both smell divine 😍
The garden is looking great. Just an idea but you can also use resin to set the stones in your garden it makes a world of difference 🥰
Garden is starting to look really nice ❤
The boys are juat too cute 😍 💙💙

Looks beautiful after all of your hard work! Well done!

Bark for sure under your rose plants around the flowers, cedar bark is great for bug control too!!

All the gardening has tuckered the boys right out. ❤😊
Looks fab guys, you’ve really given us some great inspiration for our garden🫶🏼
You did a lovely job😍.. perhaps a solar lighted wind spinner might look lovely amongst the flowers☺️

I bet you guys have really helped promote that garden centre with all our videos :) If I lived closer, I would go, I've got a few golden ones near me in devon, luckily
Maybe get a couple Humming bird feeders, the boys would love watching them… Your garden is looking great 👍

Thanks for the advice! We were thinking of painting the fence
There is a glue you can get to glue the stones down if you want them to stay in one place! Garden looks fab though x
You definitely need mulch in the garden to hold in the moisture and keep down the weeds.
Garden starting to look really good 👍🏻
Looks goo guys. Rose bushes in the U.S. are like 60 dollars for one. Can’t wait to see the finish product.❤️
Just a beautiful job x
Looks great ❤
Loved it. Gardener here. Yes, Fab was a little heavy-handed with the bone meal, but I love that you are having a go. Enjoy. Your and your home is beautiful. Xxx
Hahaha my bad 😅 we are learning on the job

It looks fantastic well done
Looking great. I brought those pot people and the legs keep falling off as the string rots outside, I have already redone them and they have fallen off again x
Wow looks amazing well done you make a good funny team 😂😂
Looks amazing xx
Just a bit of helpful advice, when planting pot plants into the ground break up the roots so they dont get root bound. Good work looks great .
Thank you for the advice!
Do the bark. It saves time weeding and really finishes the look.
The Turkish delight had us 😂😂😂 love you guys looks sick!
Hahahaha actually does smell like it
Fun video guys ❤
Glad you enjoyed! ❤

New subscriber here! Beautiful yard transformation!
I love lavender but it attracts the bees so just be aware with the boys xxx
Beautiful flower garden. Will you have your brick patio and concrete pad power washed? I will really brighten the area and I think they can clean the green algea off the fences.
You've inspired me to sort our garden but we rent, any tips would be great.

Crocs whilst doing those garden jobs was outrageous. Gotta wear the right footwear especially with a shovel…
Looks amazing 😍👏🏼 well done guys. The boys screaming in B&Q... this will be my life soon😭🤣 if you have any tantrum tips that would be great🤣
Hahaha no tips apart from let them have it out and have snacks on hand 😂
@@fabandell hahah noted 👏🏼🤣

There’s a special glue to stop the stone’s separating and being picked up or kicked anywhere
Yep I think if you google “Pavelock” they can find it.
I love the garden! I found once, that a pink hydrangea I bought went blue because my soil was acidic. You may find the coulour changes for you too? All look beautiful.
