Vitamin D3 supplement taken to help keep our lung's healthy. It will build up in your system in the future and protect against respiratory illnesses. Truly it works, we haven't had a cold since starting to take 5,000iu for an adult. The Government Health Depts have been recommending a dose far too low for decades. This was only discovered because trial studies of the consequences of C*vid-19. The first biggest study was done in Spain and since, study after study have been proving the same thing. This is in no way sponsored. For yourselves, to stay free of colds, include daily, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and a Zinc supplement, along with any other you may currently be taking. Thanks GMO it has become ess4 we supplement our daily diets with vitamins and supplements. GMO has stripped most of the nutritional value in our food. This combination plus others necessary for us, we now voluntarily take daily. I am 70 and my husband is 75. Talk to your Doctor and Paediatric Doctor about the dose suitable for each of you. Doctors check your Vitamin D3 level by doing a blood test, you need to ask the Doctors and your blood test may have to be paid for yourselves.. Look it up online, Dr John Campbell Vitamin D3 on You Tube. He will confirm what I am saying here. Dr John lives in the UK. So you don't need to just take my word for it, a total stranger. Since starting to take Vitamin D3 started February 2020, we haven't had a cold or any other respiratory issues. We haven't had one C19 vax jab. In England you would be struggling to get sufficient vitamin D3 from the sun. We also take a Zinc supplement tablet which helps direct the Vitamin D3 to your lungs. I think you can get Vitamin D3 in liquid form for the boys, for easier dosing. Taking Vitamin D3 is a lifestyle change, to take every day of our lives now that C19 is going to be a lifelong issue like Flu and RSV. Don't be surprised if you're offered a 3 in 1 vax, C19-FLU-RSV annual jab. Frankly from my personal research, I have found it is not advisable to have the Flu Vax and C19 jab together. As there have been cases of the two together, have been responsible for post jab Strokes. Vitamin D3 is relatively cheap and available over the counter. Really, it's a no brainer decision. I hate seeing the boys under the weather with colds (RSV). Now the boys are mixing with others their own age, colds are going to be a never ending issue for them and yourselves. I would really like to see your boys, cold free. It also may mean helping Fab's parents to avoid getting colds from the boys. The older we get, the more susceptible we get to catching viruses. Healthy lungs are a true blessing, no one likes catching colds.
It is awful when your children are poorly, you just want to take their pain away. ❤ You both work so hard juggling the needs of the boys, your jobs and getting your home looking lovely. Thank goodness for family and friends to support you. You are doing an incredible job. ❤😊
I took my daughter to see fireworks when she had just turned six months. She didn’t seem over impressed until the grand finale was so loud the vibrations set off all the car alarms in the car park- she thought that was absolutely hilarious!
We started the renovation in May. Or “ kitchen and laundry” are in the garage. We did upstairs first , made a bathroom upstairs while we had the old one down. Then we renovated the garage so we could still live there. Our son is turning 1 on the 20st. We cook on a little gasfire for camping. Sorry if my English isn’t that well, i’m from Belgium. Love your videos btw! We now are waiting to finish the walls (plaster, paint), the flooring and kitchen. So it will be less than a year but surely long enough. The dust is terrible with a baby, the noise, but the mess… can’t stand it anymore. It makes me depresses having all that chaos. Def not good for the mental health. Love love love watching you guys!
I always look forward to Thursdays because I know that’s when you guys post your videos. I just love watching the boys grow and all the new things that they are learning to do and I love to see all the home renovations that y’all are doing. I can’t believe the boys are going to be a year old already. They are both so precious. I hope that all of you start feeling better soon. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida.😎🦩🌞🦩😎
Its lovely seeing grandparents who don't have to share a grandchild. Your parents and every couple you know, all get one baby each to cuddle and hug. Love it 💕 We use to call Bonfire Night, Guy Fox, even in Australia. Due to bushfires in Australia we no longer have Guy Fox - fireworks and bonfires. It a pity because I use to love them.
That’s the beauty of twins haha! 😅 Ahhh that makes sense but is a shame. I’m kind of torn on fireworks, they look great but probably aren’t very good for the environment and define aren’t for wildlife and pets
Thanks Fab and Ell love chatting with you too, although I don't have much to say. I have suggestion of painting the panel behind your bed Black put prints in black frames and black handles on wardrobe or maybe charcoal grey. Oh and Fab just think of it this way every cold they have now builds their immunity up for when their bigger and really need it to work. 😊
I’m watching this whilst in hospital for the 3rd night with my 10month old who has rsv and Bronchiolitis so I know how you feel. Love watching your vlogs as your boys are just a bit older than my baby boy they give me so much help and advice, thank you x
When kids are teething they get all those temperatures and colds and they can be so poorly one day and the good thing is they are hop out of it faster ..they are just getting so big and so lovely to see them getting into everything..bless them ❤❤
You guy’s are awesome. Please keep being who you are is why I watch you. RSV is frightening. I literally get frightened when little ones get sick. Once they go to school everyone in the house gets sick. This is your first children, the next time is less stressful. They are beautiful. Grandma’s are a blessing. Love you guy’s, slow down and relax if you can. Your workout at the gym made me cringe. I never did anything like that. Good for you.
I’m so sorry the boys have been sick so much. I remember when my oldest two (19 mos apart) were sick constantly when they were little. Our youngest son got croup every year until he was 8! We had emergency room visits, inhalers, steroids, antibiotics. Some of those winters were so tough passing sickness back and forth. I would lay in bed at night plotting my germ attack and feeling so discouraged. As a fellow anxiety sufferer, Fab, I just want to say it is real and it is hard because it’s an invisible hurt that people can’t see but is just as crippling as a visible wound. If it’s interfering with your life, sleep etc, it’s definitely worth talking to your doctor about or even finding a good counselor/therapist. It’s been a huge help for me. Parenting is no joke! Hang in there💜
Ahh You are such a lovely family! Recently I have been very sad and broken. So much evik is in this world and your videos are my morning routine. And they make me feel better lighter on my soul.
Thank you for another delightful video - I look forward to them every week. You guys ROCK !! Looking forward to seeing your finished kitchen and the boys 1st birthday! God Bless !
Such a beautiful family! It's so nice seeing your boys grow up as my little boy is only a few weeks older ❤ Also thank you for being transparent, a parent once told me the best thing about being a parent is how much you love them and the worst is how much you worry and I can't believe how true this is!
The one thing I always love about your videos is your honesty, it’s so refreshing to see , loving all the house updates, buy some material and pin it on the headboard and you can always change it, have a lovely weekend x ❤️
Thank you for this vlog! Regarding the bedroom, I think your bedroom would benefit from a more cohesive color palette, if you want that cozy and serene feeling. If your gonna do all muted beige/grey colors, they need to complement each other and I think the paneling looks more grey and purple than it really is because the wardrobe and walls are leaning more yellow. And since blue and yellow are opposites on the color wheel, they amplify each other and create contrast rather than complement each other. So for a more calming and luxorious look, I think the wardrobe and paneling needs to be the same color, alternatively they both need to lean either cold (blueish grey) or warm (yellowy beige grey) (and the desenio prints match the paneling more so I would go with that one!). And that door is really orange/yellow so I think a more muted wood tone (or painted) gives a more cosy and chill feel.
We always celebrated Bonfire night. The tradition came over from England when our people left the West Country for Newfoundland in the 18 and 19th century. 💕
The boys are absolutely the cutest. They seem to be so much better as they get bigger. Not that they weren’t but they had acid reflex problems which now seem to be better and eating so well too. Love the way they are so cuddly and happy to see Nana and Grandpa too 🤗🤗 You bedroom does just need a new headboard in cream and a pretty lampshade will make it cozier too. Love your ideas and can’t wait to see the kitchen 😊😊❤❤❤
For your bed… get some euro shams and tall pillows to line the back of the bed. Leave your bed neutral so you can change out pillows as you get tired of colors you use. I’d add color through shams instead of investing in a new bed!😊
I have nothing very little in common with your family but you have a beautiful family. I have 12 children 8m-18years, and sickness travels through our house like the plague, I empathize with you, when one feels better the next follows. Also my husband body builds and I lift heavy 1 bodybuilding show in the pocket but never doing it again lol.
I have two young children, we haven’t yet had a family virus where everyone or at least both the kids poorly but with how difficult I’ve found it just the one being poorly prior to the second baby coming honestly I don’t even know how I’ll cope when it inevitably happens. You guys are absolute troopers that sounds so hard and literally one thing after the other! I know with everything going on at the moment we don’t like to moan and absolutely in the grand scheme of things a lot of us are in much more fortunate positions but it’s also ok to vent about what’s going on with you guys. It does matter and we love how transparent you are with us and want to hear all about it, good and bad 🩷
You could get some material from dunelm and recover you headboard in your bedroom maybe the same colour as your curtains would be good and then use staplegun to fix it in place …. Love this vlog x
Hello you four, brilliant video, the boys are growing up so quickly, once the kitchen is fitted, you can just sit back and relax and get ready for the boys birthdays, just a little thought what about putting the Smeg fridge in Fabs office, use it as an extra one and Fab can put an extra coffee maker in there too ! xxx
I know exactly how you feel, we’re renovating our kitchen and haven’t had a kitchen since June!!! Hoping our new kitchen will be installed by Christmas!! Love watching your videos!! Xx
Oh my this was the video I needed! I have twins as well and the mine are ill right now and it is brutal every single time. Just to hear someone talk about the anxiety which comes with it! I know its completely normal for kids to get ill but I never found it this stressful with my eldest. Since adding twins to the mix it's an absolutely nightmare every single time. Thank you for your honesty.
oh my word no way! So glad it made you feel somewhat better. Was cautious to put it in as i didn't want to seem like I was moaning / being silly but even knowing it has helped one person makes it worth it
It’s so horrible when you’re little ones are poorly. I remember those days, the worry is just awful, I used to cry when my babies were ill, I didn’t cope very well at all!! I have 4 kids, eldest 27 and youngest 16 and I still worry about all of them! Kids eh? Who’d have ‘em? !!!!! 😂😂😂 You’re absolutely amazing parents btw ❤❤❤❤❤
My daughter is 11 months old and also started nursery in September and is now always poorly. What you said and how you feel is the exact same as us it’s draining and exhausting. I can totally relate to fabs health anxiety around the boys too but do love the extra cuddles like you said it’s the only positive. Sending 💜 x
Erf I feel you! I have twins who are 12 weeks, only 4 corrected, and am finding your videos great for tips and what the future holds! My twins had a horrible virus before even they were due to be born and my anxiety was insane, so I relate. Hope the boys are better soon and that's it with bugs for the season! ❤
Lovely video 😊 Bonfire Night is my eldest's birthday, she's all grown up now and in her twenties and works for the ambulance service. Very proud Mum ❤ I hope the kitchen fitting goes smoothly. The boys are so adorable 😍
It’s been almost two month with my kitchen remodeling. I ended up running away to Maui to get away from the mess. Hopefully only one more week of washing up in the powder room. The boys have a look and coloring of their aunt. Such a blessing to have your mother so close to the boys. My daughter lives in London with our only grandchild and I am in the Pacific Northwest and only get those loves about every six months.
My hubby and I gutted our kitchen in 2019...it took 4 months to put our new kitchen in. One day at a time is the only way, lol. I can't believe how time flies but here we are getting close to our 5th Christmas with our "new" kitchen. As far as the headboard goes just get someone to sew a slipcover for it. You can change it to suit every mood you have.
My baby girl (11 months) has been sick constantly since starting nursery in September and it really is stressful/exhausting/worrying...so I can't imagine it with 2 babies! Sending love 💕
Kitchen is coming along nicely and very quick. About your cold sore as soon as it starts to itch put vinegar on your lips and you will never get a cold sore again.
Great videos guys. The boys are such characters now. Love watching them ❤. Hope the boys are feeling okay. I remember both my kids starting at nursery & it was constant the colds, & general bugs they would get. It does get better tho. Can't wait to see your new kitchen in another video 🙂
Totally understand what you been through with the boys rsv and infections. My 10 month old twin grandaughters had rsv and covid one twin ended up Inn hospital. Couple weeks later same twin had throat and ear infection then last night went back in hospital with croup, then son comes home from school with sickness bug. Parents exhausted and unwell . Twin parents are amazing ❤
Ohh, bless you all. You all look run down. The children being sick is the worst part of parenting! I hate it!! Your little men look soo much like your beautiful mum Fab. Great video guys. 😊
I am new and just caught your video, what a beautiful family just binge watching all your other videos. I just wanted to say they do headboard covers on Amazon and they are stretchy and amazing xx
Lovely video guys! Can’t believe the boys are one soon! 8 weeks is a long time with no kitchen, sorry you’ve had a bit of a month. Love to you all, I relate to you Fab the weather hasn’t been helping my mood either recently, 3 weeks of rain has been very grim, hoping for some autumnal sunshine soon. X
Your twins are the cutest! I’ve been watching your home make overs and you are doing a great job. I live in America, and how would I find some of the kitchen cabinet organizers. I have never seen anything like that at our stores. Also, I love your bedroom duvet. Did you also get a new mattress? I have gone through 4 mattresses and none of them have worked out. Love your videos! Bothe of you compliment each other. Actually, I find your videos so entertaining. I watch a lot of them because I been through covid twice and back surgery, so I spent a lot of time watching TV. Donna Hunt
Hi Fab, Ell and the boys, lovely video. I’m so sorry the boys have been poorly 🤒 it’s always difficult when your child is ill, but even harder when you have twins, you have to think though as hard as it is they are building up their immunity and all children whilst at nursery or school pick up all sorts of viruses and infections it’s a real difficult one this just ensure you have a supply of Calpol, children’s Olbas oil, this is the best for blocked up noses, Vicks Vapour rub things like that. Sending lots of love your way xxx
Bless u both u both don’t look very well this week but u still keep going like u have to do your doing an amazing job guys Feb your mum and dad are lovely the boys are great can’t wait to see your kitchen sending love 🏴💞
So stressful when children become ill.........Bonfire night looked like a lot of fun. Is that an annual event? We do not have that in Canada. Looking forward to seeing your new kitchen and the boys turning one.
Again you two!!!!! HOW ON EARTH DO YOU FIT IT ALL IN?…. As many have said this is also my fave channel. , I love your openness, the way it jus flows and we meet all your family too, please say hello to them all from me please as my mum in law is Welsh and it makes me think of her ever time I see Fabs mum , she’s lovely🥰. Ell, completely understand the duvet thing, why is it when you jus change the sheets someone one comes along and leaves ( in this house) a paw print as a gift behind!!! But honestly, I love whatever you post but my fave has to be those two little munchkins!💙💙 Take cake till next week, Love Lucy ( guess where I’m from ?????) xxxx
Hey both! I’m a new watcher and subscriber to your channel and just wanted to say hi 👋🏻 It was actually my parents that introduced me to you both. They said they’d found this couple on TH-cam that reminded them of me and my husband John. This in itself is hilarious as my parents are severely technologically handicapped and have only just got a mobile phone, and yet here they are recommending TH-camrs to me 😂 Height difference aside (I’m 5ft2” and my husband John is 6ft4”), our personalities are very similar and we too are navigating doing up our first home together and life with a young baby. We have a 5 month old called Louie, who was premature, and we can relate so much to what you guys went through with your boys. My husband can also sympathise with Fab on the leg room struggle with the car seat in the back and the constant whacking of his head on stuff 😂 I absolutely love your content and you’ve entertained me through many a contact nap. Your boys are so scrummy and you are both such lovely people. I so look forward to your new videos each week x
Sorry about the delay! If you watched the video before then we would greatly appreciate if you could watch it again (put it on 2x speed if ya like) and leave a thumbs up and a comment to help the video reach people again ❤
Hey guys, what about the green headboard upholstery fabric to match the prints in the bedroom?

The bedroom is lovely but what I would do is put a bar with cushions hanging on it to make a hedboard xxxx
Can’t wait to see the new kitchen ❤
It's looking sooo good ❤
Your doing so well...Renovation with babies is hard...Keep going things will get better 💕 🎉
get well soon boys ❤❤❤❤❤
So much fun watching you and your family. Your boys are just precious.❤❤❤❤

You could always remove the headboard as you've got paneling on the wall xxxx❤
Awwww you both look so tired but are doing amazingly well with all you do x
My twins been unwell for couple of weeks too the older kids bring it home from school and nursery. Yous are doing amazing 💖
Colored pillows will help!
Sending love to all from North Queensland in Australia xx
You 2 never stop 😍 kitchen is coming along can’t wait to see it all finished, can’t believe the Ari & Noah are nearly 1 already ❤
My daughter is 11 months old and also started nursery in September and is now always poorly. What you said and how you feel is the exact same as us it’s draining and exhausting. I can totally relate to fabs health anxiety around the boys too but do love the extra cuddles like you said it’s the only positive. Sending 💜 x
It can be really daunting when they start to get poorly! Ultimately it's doing them good though building their immunity up x
Glad you find them helpful! ❤
Hi Ell ,Hi Fab ,Hi gorgeous boys . Nice to see you all 😊😊😊
Lovely video 😊
Bonfire Night is my eldest's birthday, she's all grown up now and in her twenties and works for the ambulance service. Very proud Mum ❤
I hope the kitchen fitting goes smoothly.
It is time consuming isn't it! We've been washing up in the bath lol but luckily we have a temporary sink fitted now
My hubby and I gutted our kitchen in 2019...it took 4 months to put our new kitchen in. One day at a time is the only way, lol. I can't believe how time flies but here we are getting close to our 5th Christmas with our "new" kitchen. As far as the headboard goes just get someone to sew a slipcover for it. You can change it to suit every mood you have.
Another banger of a video! The boys loved the ear defenders!
IT WAS NICE TO SEE YOU ALL ENJOYING THE FIREWORKS 😊
I love watching your vlogs as you work together ❤❤
My baby girl (11 months) has been sick constantly since starting nursery in September and it really is stressful/exhausting/worrying...so I can't imagine it with 2 babies! Sending love 💕
Kitchen is coming along nicely and very quick. About your cold sore as soon as it starts to itch put vinegar on your lips and you will never get a cold sore again.
You guys are so creative. I love watching your DIY projects.
Glad you like watching!
Your new prints are okay but you could easily do some fabulous artworks with the babies hand and footprints.
Great videos guys. The boys are such characters now. Love watching them ❤. Hope the boys are feeling okay. I remember both my kids starting at nursery & it was constant the colds, & general bugs they would get. It does get better tho.
Can't wait to see your new kitchen in another video 🙂
WHEN WE WERE WAITING FOR OUR KITCHEN, WE HAD OUR TEMP KITCHEN SET IN THE LAUNDRY RM. EVERYTHING ON TOP OF THE WASHER & DRYER FOR WEEKS & WEEKS
It’s not ideal is it! We had that for a few weeks but now he have a temporary sink in our kitchen 🙏🏻
I look forward to your videos every week….. you’re both amazing parents to Noah and Ari💙💙
You both are doing an amazing job 💙💙 times may seem tough now but they will get better. Xx

Oh no so sorry for hear that :( parenthood is an absolute rollercoaster
Them boys are so god dam cute😍💙💙
Looking forward to seeing the kitchen 😊
Can't wait to have it finished!
Ohh, bless you all. You all look run down. The children being sick is the worst part of parenting! I hate it!! Your little men look soo much like your beautiful mum Fab. Great video guys. 😊

Your boys are so cute! They do such funny things at this age. Love watching your videos, see u next time!
They have us in stitches on the daily 🤣
Lovely video guys! Can’t believe the boys are one soon! 8 weeks is a long time with no kitchen, sorry you’ve had a bit of a month. Love to you all, I relate to you Fab the weather hasn’t been helping my mood either recently, 3 weeks of rain has been very grim, hoping for some autumnal sunshine soon. X
Time moves crazy fast! Yeah this weather is really rubbish and gloomy!! X
😀Happy 1st Birthday Noah and Ari😀 for Thursday the 16th of November 2023 🎉🎉🎉🎂🎂❤❤❤❤ Lots of love from Kelly in Australia
Happy Birthday To your dad🎉
Thank you 🙌🏻
Love your hair Ell ❤
Ell I'm sporting a cold sore on my top lip also....I feel your discomfort...Please if at all possible take a little rest ❤
Ell, I also break out in cold sores when I am stressed! It has been very annoying. It definitely has slowed down now that my children are adults.
Fab…your mom is so pretty!!
She is ❤❤
Your twins are the cutest!
Donna Hunt
Just don’t worry I two be. Calm lots of love. Xxx
Omg the dogs so cute with the babies❤
Fab,you can get plaster coving as well as polystyrene, but it's more expensive. Great video. Xx
Thank you Faye ❤
So stressful when children become ill.........Bonfire night looked like a lot of fun. Is that an annual event? We do not have that in Canada. Looking forward to seeing your new kitchen and the boys turning one.
It really is! Yeah it's an annual thing :) thank you, we are excited !
Google ‘Gunpowder plot and bonfire night’ to understand the history. It’s a lot of fun!
Come on guys, lets get the subscribers up
Again you two!!!!!
Love you guys so much sorry about the issues
Thank you ❤❤
Those boys are beautiful youre both doing a great job ❤❤💙💙
Should put the colourful one in your dressing room
Absolutly love all youre content. Sending lots of love from Sweden to you all. Xoxo Jenny
Thank you Jenny x
Hahaha love this message! Thank you so much for saying hi! ❤️❤️
I worried so much when my children were ill, too. My youngest had 3 surgeries when they were young. I don't think I slept for years!
Oh no poor little thing! It really is horrible when children are poorly :(
