Can you do this video again and put the actual date timelines on your video.( instead of saying 6 months, put the actual date on the NOA letters). it would really help.thanks
@easye1311 - i would love to pero mejo matagal na kasi to, plus kasagsagan ng covid nung time na to so kahit sabihin ko pa ang exact date, it will make no difference since hindi naman din parehas lahat, and timelines could be different nowadays. Yes i mentioned months kc estimate yun

Hello Richelle, yes we got a lawyer when we processed the paperworks. It's kind of expensive but worth it

Hello.. yung priority date po makikita mo pag naka log in ka na sa CEAC. Kung yung husband mo is naka receive ng mail from USCIS for the first time pagka receive nila ng application mo, nakalagay dun yung priority date - yan yung date kung kelan kayo nagpasa ng application. The interview schedule will be provided by NVC or US Embassy manila kaya wait mo lang mag email sila kelan. The delivery of the visa is not scheduled but it will depend kung kelan isesend ng USEM yung visa sa courier 2go. Kaya check mo lagi yung CGI Federal account mo para malaman mo status if issued na ba or for delivery. 2Go will also send you a text kung ready na for pickup ang visa mo sa branch nila. Kelan sked interview mo?

Sis im sorry but i cant be of help in that area. Just wait lang within a week for their reply kc busy din yung USEM. If wala pa din after 1 week, call them back to ff up sa escalated case mo
Good day Po, I'm from Cebu married to American National here in Cebu last 2019, We did applied for spousal visa last 2022 of March and our application is for reviewing as of January of 2023. Ask ko lng Po talaga bang matagal Ang processing or response Ng USCIS? We're using a consultancy services?
Hello Joan.. with my experience, it took 4 months before i receive my first notice then another few months din sa mga susunod ma notice. And it took 1 yrs and 4 months Overall processing time sa application ko including the receiving of the visa. Just monitor it lang and wait
@@FilipinaWifeofaTexan Yes Mam always on monitoring checking the site the link of USCIS given by the consultancy services . Yes we're quite sad and find it as slow response Po. But I still I have my patience Po and faith. Thank you po sa response.

Sila magbibigay ng new schedule sis depende kung kelan.. if u want to follow up, you can directly call USEM.

Hello @regine vergara - kelangan mo po mag register sa CGI Federal na website for passport delivery bago interview date. Pwede po din i pick up sa 2Go MOA.Free delivery yun sa lahat ng 2Go branch kung saan ka malapit but if you want door to door, 450 pesos bayad. Search mo lang sa google "CGI CEDERAL FORCE" tapos register ka jan if wala ka pa account.
may nakalagay na priority date ano po ilalagay sa priority date?
@@reginavergara1622 you can see the priority date when you log in sa CEAC portal, nasa top right yan or if you have a copy of the first notice sent by USCIS meron din priority date nakalagay

ahm, sori po a kung iniisip nyo trying hard ako mag english na pwede naman magtagalog. Cge po pwede naman, but i'm more fluent sa english than tagalog coz im bisaya and mas matigas pa sa kahoy ang tagalog ko. If you think you could do this type of video in English po, you're welcome to post your content. FYI din po, some processes are better explained in English, and walang tagalog na words sa ibang English abbrev. My husband is American, his friends were also watching this video that's why i talked in their language so they could understand it. I would've done it in Bisaya English and baka mas lalo nyo pong d maintindihan. Thank you and God bless
