It is better to use your new passport with your spouse’s surname, so it’ll match your surname with your visa. And it has more advantages when you use your spouse surname when you move to the USA

Some of the console will look for the proof of relationship so better prepare for it. There is no problem if your husband came to visit you once as long as you have more proof: pictures, conversations, hotel or airbnb receipts, and plane tickets.

Hello po , ask ko lang, we already applied for spousal visa, right away when we got our marriage, but the problem is i used my maiden name, magiging problema po ba ito? Or what's the solution.

I used my maiden name too, hindi sya maging problema. You can change naman po when you renew your green card
I also used my maiden po, hindi naman sya problema kasi you provided the marriage certificate naman

Please, when USCIS approves your I-130, will it say that the file is approved when you check the status on the immigration website with the receipt number?
Yes po it will show there po na approved na, just always check for the update and they will email you to notify you and also the instruction for the next step

If you are going to book an appointment for visa interview you have to choose number 3
But before your interview you need to go for medical exam, choose number 2 first then number 3

It is usually 4-6 months but I expedited mine so 3 months lang yung waiting time ko
