  • This video is about hypoxic, which is one of the training methods for swimming.
    It is a training method that you can develop cardiopulmonary endurance while limiting your breathing by breathing once per 3, 5, 7, 9 strokes.
    Don't overdo it, and try to increase the number of strokes little by little.
    I also talked about breathing, so please enjoy watching it and have fun swimming!

    50미터 수영시 평소 21번 호흡해 가다..
    10번 , 5번 으로 호흡횟수 줄여가며 수영연습했었는데, 나도 모르게 하이폭식 수영법한거였네요.

    수영장 엄청 가고 싶었는데 이 훈련 영상 보니까 물밖에 있는 지금이 넘 감사하고 막....ㅋㅋㅋ 갑자기 뺑뺑이 돌 때 숨막히는 느낌이 생생했어요😨😨

    양쪽호흡과 왼쪽호흡 하는데. 가끔 오른쪽 호흡할때 매번 호흡하는게 귀찮아지네욤. ㅎㅎ 양쪽호흡 정말 좋아요. 쌤 ! 다른 영법도 장거리가 가능한가요?? 일반인 기준에서요.

    전 투킥에.. 투킥 원 호흡합니다만 그게 편하던데 숨 안 쉬면 갑갑해요.. 보통 시간당 2.8키로던데.. 최고 3키로까진 해봤는데 기록은 평균적으로 안 늘어나네요... 이게 작년이었는데.. 올해 코로나 터지고 8개월만에 수영하니 5바퀴에서 포기함요 ㅋㅋㅋ. 60바퀴에서도 안 쉬고 했는데 ㅎ

    바다수영하실분은 이게기본입니다 파도가 오른쪽이나 왼쪽에서칠지 모르기때문에 양쪽호흡해야되고 2스트록때는 호흡안하는데그때는 고개를살짝들고 앞을봐야됨 호흡 앞보기 호흡 이런식임 오픈워터에서앞을안보면 어디로갈지모름
