The effaclar duo + is the best!!! Not even joking it’s the only thing that has EVER helped my skin and I’ve had acne for 12 years, if I don’t use this for a while I go back to my bad skin and then as soon as I use it again, after a week my skins back to being better! Other than that it’s literally sooo good fr. Maybe your skin is just adapting to it, u could use it every other day instead or something maybe 💗

Hi there, the LRP Effaclar foaming cleanser contains SLES not SLS. Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) is a much gentler alternative to SLS that is less likely to cause irritation. However, there are sufficient data which shows that SLS is not guaranteed to cause irritation for everyone and is, in fact, may be useful for people with excessively oily skin.

I've been using the cleanser, for quite a while (couple of bottles), but since I'm out of my teenage acne phase it started to be too invasive and really stripped down my skin. I'm using it from time to time now, when the blackheads and white heads are acting out. But the Effeclar duo is my favourite, again I've been using the spf 30 version religiously for couple of years now, and apart from the fact that it irritates the eyes I've only praise for this moisturiser. It has nice mat finish but as it was mentioned it is moisturising and It's also great for under the make-up - highly recommend!

I love LRP double touleraine. And the effclar duo with BPO and LHA stops pimples in their tracks, and even cysts if you catch it soon enough. I find it works best on active bumps, though. The foaming purifying wash is my “strong” cleanser. I use it when I wear heavy makeup and sunscreen. It is very effective but doesn’t strip the skin. The lrp cicablast is just magic in a tube.
ETA: I didn’t know the serozinc prevented bacterial infection. I use the regular mineral spray sometimes, now I want to try the serozinc.
Thank you so much for the deeper explanation of the ingredients. I didn’t know the effeclar had all those benefits! I tend to use it only in an emergency. Now I see I can use it for blemishes and it will help with scarring.

When I used this cleanser a couple of times, it broke me out and the acne is the kind that lasted long and hard to reduce its appearance (not like any other monthly acnes I had before). It hurt a lot and took weeks. This acne appeared in my face area that usually never get acne. My skin is not the sensitive type as I've tried a lot of products for my oily acne prone skin and never broke out like this one. I think the ingredient in it doesn't suit my skin.

okay well this is my experience on using the LRP sunscreen. at first i was using the Anthelios Anti Imperfections and my thought on it was okay... i like the main ingredients too which is NIACINAMIDE and SALICYLIC ACID so it helps to reduce the redness and scars on my skin. after few hours, i was shocked to see there was a lot of white marks on my skin. and i was like “okay but u guys promised that theres no white marks on the skin bla bla...” and till now i still using it but then again white cast is everywhere during of wearing mask. so i was wondering doc... is it me who wrongly putting the sunscreen on my face or is it the sunscreen itself??? and then when i purchased items online, there was a sample of Anthelios Invisible Fluid Sunscreen that i received recently. so i tried it myself and theres no white cast for the whole day!! even with my mask on. so i was thinking... should i change my sunscreen??? and thats all from me. The only skin care channel that I trust and understand, I'm tired of big head potato channel that are mostly click bait or 90% is personal story and bragging and "exaggerated" fried voice , I lost interest in James Welsh bc he is frustrating, he goes from don't use product X use Y and don't buy X buy Y , to I changed My mind product X is good and Y is bad , ans it's tiring I couldn't follow up , same goes for many other channel that I actually blocked like Hyram and I don't wanna keep citing names but I felt like I needed to expressed my disappointment in these channels , la Roche posey is such a high class and good quality product, it's well known and appreciated in Europe mostly when I visit my grandma in France I la Roche posey/Vichy.... are well known and every pharmacy own these products, Neutrogena is not well liked its cheap and can easily cause skin reaction , even moisturizer contain fragrance and has immediate soft feeling but several minutes later you feel like a shalk board face with irritation , back to la Roche posay I LOVE LOVE their invisible SPF it's expensive but is good quality leave no white cast and ACTUALLY you will feel like your skin will improve idk what ingredient works (I have mixed to oily skin ) but the their spf is good ,la Roche posay chooses good quality ingredients and is known to be dermatologist favorite brand bc it works and it's trusted brand , personally I love la Roche posay as a brand , I use the DUO effaclar and spf and the new retinol serum , PLS GUYS avoid Neutrogena , the only Neutrogena thing I use Is the face mask bc they are cheap and face masks actually are just like a placebo effect they dont work as advertised but the feeling of having that face mask on and the glossy effect after bath is worth it after a long day of work , Vichy has great cleansers bc do a video about Vichy.

You need to see a dermatologist. Cystic acne can sometimes be due to hormonal imbalances etc. A dermatologist will be able to give you a routine and recommend the right products for your skin.

I am using for my routine Efflacar gel purificant, efflacar duo +, efflacar K and just at night Efflacar serum. What do you think? Is it too much? Is is necessary also a moisturizer? I have mixed skin but since I am using Efflacar is a bit dry, but when I use a moisturizer I get a pimple :/
I have been using the Gel, Efflacar duo and Serum for a month and I cannot see too much change with the acne and scars, i still get new pimples. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or I just need to be more patient. I just bought efflacar k today to try also with that.
    Help me please 🥺

Use a gentle foaming cleanser from cerave. it hydrates and repairs your skin. As for moisturizer, any sort of hyrating moisturizer will do. And add on The Ordinary's Retinol 0.5% with squalene at night
