I recently started CrossFit and I came across your channel. I often watch your videos very closely. The CrossFit coach says that my technique and speed have improved a lot...You have played a big part in this success! Thank you!
You won't believe how much your advices are helping me with this exercise. I came to crossfit just 3 months ago but i'm progressing quite fast thanks to your tips. Keep up the good work
That was really helpful! your explanations of the cues and timing covered things I wouldn't have known without the narration. Yes, more like this please :-)
For the first time I could see the benefit of using the hips in the transition. Really helped me this morning by allowing me an additional 30 LBS one round Max. Craig Thank you very much. !!! I am 65 and cant get enough of this stuff.
This was SO helpful!! I'm brand new to this, struggled learning snatch today but came home and found this video. It was EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you and please keep doing these.
I 'm a crossfitter ..after watching your channel I really am trying hard to do these moves like they are supposed to be done ..from the first time I heard that "POP" of your feet I was a believer thanx for all your post
Thank you Pope! I love these videos. I’m a novice (if that... ) so seeing someone do these lifts while breaking it down is extremely helpful. (Another commenter mentioned collabs, I would love that as well!)
I'm a 60 year retiree... that really enjoy working out... mostly crossfit, i've been watching you lift and really want to learn proper Technique. So when you slow down the video and explain the movement it really helps.... thanks
I really enjoyed the slow-motion and breakdown style voice over. Thanks! Also, that poster (idea) looks really cool. I'll have to look into maybe getting one for my home gym :)
I LOVE this video! This is so helpful! I’ve been Crossfitting for two years and am trying to make the transition to oly lifting. This was very helpful.
I love these videos. I have been learning how to snatch on my own and I have to admit it has been frustrating. Cleans came natural but snatches have been a nightmare!
love these! maybe a video on how to get your landing position down square. when my feet hit the floor they are always out of line and at odd angles. no idea how to go about correcting this part.
First time viewer to this channel and I must say wow your a beast on the bar! 💪🏽 Great tips as well. Can never get enough knowledge to build on what's already in the kitty💼
Im a beginner, and when you played the slow motion one where you jumped back i was able to see it after you did it on slow motion! but when going normal speed, it was harder, since not experienced enough, if possible maybe you can do a slow more on the others that you missed? then show a "bad movement" by a good movement in slow motion so others can see what you mean and compare and learn? Really really liked the explanation at the beginning and during the movements and wouldnt mind you doing more vids like this with other movements! Keep inspiring and kick ass!!!!!
More of these videos would be awesome. I just started throwing the barbell overhead recently and everything I do is a dang power movement despite squatting atg with no problem. So any tips on that would be cool.
Thanks pope! I’ve been weight lifting/power lifting for 3 years now. I have used some of your videos to get me through some techniques with these snatches thank you so much!!!!! What protein do you recommend?
Great video. I have so many questions. But for now I'll just ask one. The body you have, would you say it was built mostly from working on your snatch or other average workouts?
I have a question, I don't know much of Oly lifting, so could anyone tell me how much do Oly lifters rest between sets/lifts? What are different points of view on rest? I tried googling this, but words such as Olympic, weightlifting, sets, and reps, are way too generic for search to give me good search results.
Benefit SO much from these types of videos! Definitely would love to see more every once in a while.. thank you so much!
Her drills look so f’n good. Impeccable technique and form.

Really helpful video today, will share it with the ladies on my barbell club.
You're so much more relaxed & confident on camera, maybe because this isn't a vlog. It's very refreshing to see you in "sensei-mode". Great video!!
Oh, your gym's looking awesome, btw. It's lit up like a movie set!
This video is amazing! Please do more of that, specially around your struggles around specific parts of the Technique as you improve.

Emanuel Pereda You should get an OlympicWeightlifting coach or go to a local Crossfit Box. Better to get real help rather just watching a video.
I love this type of video. Good luck at Nationals!!
Awesome video!! And very very helpful 🙏🏽
Well...I'm impressed!
More of these videos would be awesome.
I just started throwing the barbell overhead recently and everything I do is a dang power movement despite squatting atg with no problem. So any tips on that would be cool.

Great video👍How long did you practice basic technique before you were confident enough to add weight ?
Good video.
Wonderful ❤️
I missed locking out the power snatch (failed the lift) and the bar hit my head pretty hard. Any tips to prevent this from happening again?

If you ever wonder what it's like to have horrible eyesight and you can't find your glasses.
Hey! Loved this video so keep them coming! :D It is sometimes hard to see what you do wrong since it's very subtle XD
Good stuff

I LOVE the slow mos. so helpful. You're lifts are so freaking fast lol
This might be a stupid question but on a full snatch should your feet and the turnover also be at the same time??
