Still wearing skinny jeans with a cuff and ankle boots here!! Looks cute and modern to me. I can’t get on board with jeans that are lose at the bottom. I don’t like fitted tops so maybe that’s why. I feel too frumpy in anything other than my skinnies. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.
The skinnies also work well with combat/lug style boots...i have been wearing them with tall shaft cowboy boots this season in a more nude colored boot
I really like your channel. I really like the comment you made about having the pants cover the boots. I never wore this style with an inch between jeans and boots. I never thought it looked good . I think in life we have to always look at the style and see does it really look good because there are a lot of styles that just don’t look good.
Pointy toe heeled boots look great but are not practical for every day. Some more casual options would have been great. I wear sneakers and water resistant boots here in the cold PNW
Can yall do sneakers next? I’m excited that bootcut/flare are back bc I think they are flattering. The last time they were in style I wore heels. Now I’m over 40 and my feet need a break so I wear lots of sneakers! Sneakers were so easy with skinny jeans.
They make platform sneakers or you can wear any wedge or platform shoe. Those are comfortable. You can also pick jeans that are not too long so you don't have to wear high heels with them
I wished that I had the money to keep up with the trends, Everytime fashion decided to switch on a dime, and then have someone tell me how lame I dress... I get it, yet a limited budget, and time just doesn't allow or is sustainable for many. You women are always in STYLE! 👠💄👗❤
I don’t think most of us can spend money like the influencer industry suggests (not requires us to do). I just look for inspiration for what I currently have and might add to my closet.
It definitely is not necessary to follow all of these trends. We do it because it’s our job to shop & to share but classic pieces will always be in style & nice things don’t have to cost a fortune. Use these videos as inspiration but never get yourself into debt for fashion.
I love my straight leg slim fit, regular length jeans I have two pairs of skinny jeans that are still up in my closet. I do not like the wide leg jeans at all and I definitely do not like the cropped because I think it would cut off my legs and I’ll be trying to pull them down with my other foot lol.
This is such a great video today ❤️🙏 Can you please make similar for Spring and Summer when time will come. How to pair jeans with shoes in different seasons. I think it will be very useful💕
I love most everything you all wear and style together, but I cannot get on board with pointy toe boots or a lot of the current frumpy new jean style. I have like 20 pairs of boots and most of them are up to the knee. Sticking with my skinny jeans and jeggings for winter. Kept all of them. I do like the boot cut for my mid calf or ankle boots. The other day I was wearing a sweater dress with my thigh high boots. I still got several compliments. I mentioned to a couple ladies that I guess that is not in style anymore, but I was going to wear them anyway. They said don't worry you wear it well.... I think style and fashion is about confidence. If you feel confident keep wearing it. At 57 I still get called a fashionista. 😊
I appreciate this channel. I think if you buy classic items you can use them over and over, but I do think these tips for how to style them a little differently so they look a little more on trend is helpful.
I just bought some wider leg jeans. I will have them tapered ( tailored) just a bit so they are not very loose in the thighs. I did his with ivory color " sailor jeans" and love how they look. Its nice to have a variety and I will wear loafers with the wider leg jeans as well. I even have a pair of jogger jeans that still look great.
Love the higher shaft square toe block heel booties ! My toes have the most room in those style of boots. Can’t do the round toe or pointed toe. ❤ thus I’m wearing skinny and slim straight only.
I was watching another fashion channel and she said raw hems are not in style anymore😒. I will continue to wear and chop off the bottoms of pants since I’m short and looks fine in my opinion
Thank you for this update because I was wondering if that style where it was an inch above, the boat was still in. I’m glad to find out. It’s not. I like this way of wearing the boot much better.😊
What kind of jeans can I wear with my chunky Chelsea boots I bought last year? I have two pair that I still love but don’t know what to wear with them!
Hi girls, can you do a video on how often you wash your clothes? I have several silk pajamas and I wear them three times and then I washed them and cold on delicate but just regular clothes I try to wear them twice and then wash them but I don’t know . What would be the best way to take care of them?
I still see and wear jeans that come to the top of some lower shaft shoes/boots. It’s fine. I don’t see an inch of skin, but if it just barely meets the top, it’s fine. In summer, skin showing between the jeans and a sandal is also fine.
Good Morning Ladies! First off let me say, Great Video! 👏 Secondly, Inwas wondering about the knee high riding boots with skinny jeans, are they out in 2024? Ive hung onto 3 pairs of riding boots and really love them paired with my skinnies. My next question is also the Ugg & Hunter boots, are they in or out? Can you tell im a northerner by my questions? Hahaha. And lastly, you didnt show boot cut jeans. Are they in? Im short and feel like flares and wide leg make me frumpy & dumpy but feel like a boot cut elongates me best. Let me add that I am interested in the “trends” but dont always feel I need to follow any to be stylish. To each their own! Happy Thursday and keep up the great work! 😊
You are absolutely right in saying that you can have great style without following trends. This is all in fun & people seem to enjoy these videos so we make them. Bootcut jeans are definitely still in & some say riding boots are out while others say in so we say wear them if you love them! Right now the low profile uggs are really trending but we’re seeing taller ones popping up so definitely hold onto them & I think hunter boots are practical & classic for colder climates. These days it’s almost anything goes so where what makes you feel good.

I love a dark, straight legged jean for my short frame. I really don't get the cropped jeans with the threads hanging down all over the place. I realize it's on trend, but I won't be buying them anytime soon.
Kelli, That pink Henley looks amazing on you! It accentuates 'the girls' really nicely. Very sexy Mama! I'm loving the loose-bottom jeans with more structure up top and down to the knees. I guess that's what I would call good old-fashioned Bell Bottoms.I wish the lower rise waist would come back soon! I like them with a square toe though. Not only for the look but I can't suffer through the pointed toes anymore. I used to go dancing in my hi-heeled pumps without a care in the world. Now, I can't even go to dinner in them or any hi-heels for that matter. I have to mention how great you both look! Iwould love to know your skin care routine and makeup. Please?

Where were the mom jeans? Did I miss those? Those ladies looked far from frumpy, and were teaching us how to pair cuts and styles so we don’t look frumpy, with the right style of boots for the colder upcoming weather.
You ladies dont seem to mind lose jean material around the knees, front and back. I dont like that. I will search and search until I find a pair of jeans or pants that dont look loose around the knees. To each his own.
These wide leg jeans look awful on everyone, especially smaller frame people. agree it cuts you off and mess up elongating
Also really unflattering. Makes your legs looks so short and stubby
Can you ladies show the best method to use when cutting the hem of the jeans? Both of you mentioned it so maybe you could demonstrate. Thanks

Hello there!
The wide legged jeans look very much like what we called “ bell bottoms” in the 1970’s
They are actually showing flares as opposed to wide leg. Wide leg jeans are wide all the way down, not fitted at the thigh.
