My clothing wardrobe is quite classic, so I love to wear trendier footwear and other accessories to make sure I look modern, too. I don’t go for extreme trends, just a little updating. Thanks for sharing your styling wisdom with us, Deirdre.
I don't know if I personally would try chunky boots because I wear a size 10 WIDE shoes! I am always self conscious and try to wear shoes that help my feet look somewhat smaller. You however look 😎 cool and hip.

Love Chelsea boots! I have grey, brown and black. They are much safer to wear if you have snow and slush. The ONE thing is... the lugs on the soles carry a lot of snow in your house. ( It happened to me today!)

Hi Florence. I have very fine hair but for me the answer was extensions rather than a wig. You can have a few extensions in areas where you need more volume and more hair and extensions are not just for length. Many women use them for thickness too, especially more recently. Have you considered this at all? They really helped me. Xx
Hello! I have watched many of your videos, and I just think you would be such a natural “presenter“ because I know that’s what you guys call them over there…! You just have such vivacity and you speak well, and you have a lot of energy! One question, if you were traipsing around London and parts, North, all the way to Edinburg, what would you wear on your feet for the daily walks that a traveler would do? I really want to look chic, and I don’t want to look to practical foot wise, but I also don’t want to soak my shoes either! Any thoughts?
Hi Lisa. I've just seen your comment, so apologies for the late reply. For footwear, when you are walking a lot, I would probably go for a good pair of trainers (sneakers). I think they are so practical and, if you style them correctly, with the right pairs of trousers or jeans, (or even a dress) they can still look stylish. Alternatively, I like to wear ballet flats to walk around in, although you need to be careful as they provide less support to the ankle. Hope this helps and thank you for your lovely comments. XX

Girlfriend, I do not care for any style chunky boots ever! However you did do a great job at styling w them. I’m 57 and chunky boots are simply too masculine for me .
I love chunkies, they give my skinny legs and short feet more presence, which helps balance out my size 12 figure. Dainty shoes contrast too much with fuller sizes, making the torso look bigger, especially if the foot and leg are squeezed into them.
I’m watching this in November, and if I’d seen this video prior to this month, I’d jump on the chunky bandwagon. According to influencers chunky boots are out.
