    저는 보호대 쓰는데 괜찮습니다 투어게인 손목보호대 쿠션으로 된 보호대 쓰는데 아주 좋아요

    저는 테이핑 매일하면 피부가 약해서인지 다트고 짓무르려 하더라구요 ㅜㅜ tfcc 보호대 효과 비슷하겠죠??

      @@user-eg4zw 아나프길 손목보호대 검색해보세요. 부들부들한게 착용감 좋아서 일단 데일리로 쓰는데, 착용안하는것보단 훨 보호되는느낌?

      tfcc보호대도 괜찮습니다
      테이핑이 피부에 안맞는 분들은 보호대가 좋습니다..
      단지 압력이 가해지는 짚는 동작들은 테이핑이 좀더 나을꺼에요
      상황과 컨디션에 맞게 하시는게 좋습니다

    와 체대입시하는 학생인데 너무 감사해요ㅠ 지금까지 본 손목테이핑 중 최고네요 앞으로 손목은 이겁니다ㅎㅎ

    이렇게 테이핑을 땡겨도 되는건가요?? 뜯을때 아프던데

      테이핑을 뜯을때는 씻을때 뜯거나 아니면 천천히 살을 잡아주면서 뜯으시면 덜 아프게 뜯으실수 있습니다~

      맞습니다 수근관 협착증 환자한테는 어울리지 않는 방법입니다👍
      위에 테이핑법은 손을 짚을때 통증이 생기는 경우에 사용하십시요
