Fun little bug, as limbo you can use a fishing spear to damage some enemies (usually when they're moving) from the rift, regardless of whether they're in the rift or not. The damage is garbage, but I've now done an entire mission like that.
Yeah, that's where you go to get new bounties now, but not back then when it first released. I used to play, just before and after the update that added spots on the open world maps to get bounties while still in the world.

I hear that he used to be quite tough to work with in the past but after his recent re-work he’s pretty good. He has a good balance of survivability, CC, damage, and healing. The radiation procs on his abilities make him like a more tanky Nyx. He’s really energy hungry though so Rage is absolutely necessary.
