Hi Negage, our factory workers use a kind of medical grade liquid glue apply to the mold,then put it into the oven to dry. but sorry, I can't tell you the glue brand😉😉

The elevator injection system is great, but it needs to be developed to make it sustainable.
I can't figure out the glue they use for the back. I keep googling liquid poly but nothing really looks good.
That is a kind of poly glue specially made by our factory. I think maybe you can get it locally.

I can tell you something about your process -- a very small hack - that will make your products 100 times better and more natural. It's staring you right in the face but you don't see what's wrong. Nobody does. Every hairpiece company makes the SAME mistake and it's the #1 reason why a unit looks unnatural. I am not going to give the secret away either --
