My physiology teacher taught us to "thump your thymus" every day. It means to tap on it rhythmically with your closed hand, gently. It sends waves to it to stimulate it to help immunity. 🙂

I have been taking a thymus extract for a year, and also feed it to my pets. This way I am certain that I have the appropriate nutrients to keep my thymus healthy. I believe that anything that "shrinks with age" isn't getting enough nutrients to stay healthy. It isn't about age, it is ALL about diet. Stay healthy folks.

Also many other issues follow most common of them are hair loss, what are the reason for this? You speak quite often of quality especially the quality of protein, is it the same for carbs? No, you can pull them apart, pour some out and then put them back together. I do this all the time with supplements. I actually have this brand that he displayed and it’s a great brand.

Wouldnt it be great if our gov wasnt subserviant to junk food and drug big business ($) and actually promoted good health? It is a concept that has been emerging and seems to be attracting attention of more and more of us. Dr. Berg is giving us invaluable info on how to improve our health and buck the system that is perpetuating sickness. US basically has an "illness care" system; not a healthcare system. Its not easy to go against the status quo, but we are talking about our health. It is vital.

Your risk goes down the younger you are unless you are medically mismanaged, which is where you see younger people (as well as older) dying "from Covid19".

Try nutrition. The body is constantly rebuilding itself if it gets the right nutrition. No harm in trying.
