I can see this tech being used for cargo that you could pickup and fly somewhere.
Maybe they’ll incorporate this into skypark
Oh stuff like this integrated into Skypark would be amazing! Buying a house or airport then buying objects to make it nicer.

I would love to see Parallel42' best product Chaseplane ported over to MSFS. That product is the epitome of a flight sim camera management system imo. I like the idea of the camping mod for bush flying.
Its truly a great addon will be planning more bush trips with this!

Yeah this is super easy to use. //42 is great at putting UI together. Hence Chase Plane on P3D.

Got it today from the MS marketplace. Fire and smoke isnt working. The sounds for them are working but not the animation of smoke or fire. Is there an known bug?

Initially it was not, but my understanding is that it’s now on the marketplace for Xbox too.
I can't believe how much trouble I'm having in my attempt to find out how to get this addon! I purchased the full Freedomfox package via Orbx because I was under the impression that I could create a camp scene. OK, so maybe I completely misunderstood what was going on but after downloading and installing the Freedomfox addon, (again, via Orbx Central) I found that it has NOTHING about the camping manager and nothing about the addon package itself!
I mean, NOT ONE WORD regarding anything to do with installing it, setting it up, etc., etc., etc... It has ZERO for a pdf instruction manual (a single checklist page is all) and it doesn't even have a "ReadMe" txt file! It's as if it was freeware or even worse because even most freeware has ReadMe instructions! In fact, Freedomfox was the most expensive addon I've installed in MSFS to date, (and I have bought many!).
So what is the deal?! I can't even find a link to this manager in your video! "The flightsim deck" website has NOTHING about it and after making a frantic search in that website, I'm not even sure why you placed that link in the list at all. It doesn't offer anything but info for people who are maybe just starting in the flightsim hobby, (how to setup your sim and computer. Hardware selections, yada, yada, yada...). Maybe they were talking about 'X-Box', (hell, I don't know).
I just wasted too much time chasing after the answers to an addon package that I thought included a campsite setup/config manager, since yesterday, (it wasn't in the MSFS toolbar either). Now, I think that the only thing this expensive, (and frankly, way too ''arcadish'), addon plane has to offer are different paint jobs, (fine, but really, how important is that if you're sitting in the plane?). It also has a one-click option to instantly set up a tent when you click "Let's go camping", (right up against the plane, where the hot engine would melt the Dacron), so what?.
This isn't worth near what I paid for it, which is why I keep thinking that I've overlooked something. However, with no instructions about installing or setting it up in the first place, it really seems that there isn't anymore that can be done!
And then, there's the plane itself, which may be modeled after a real-world Kit Fox. But if it is, I find it awful hard to believe it was built without a prop or mix lever, can go from zero to 100 kts in under 4 seconds, and even though it's supposed to be an STOL, it practically left the ground in under 35 feet! Seriously?! 35 feet, C'mon! The Piper J Super Cub couldn't do that if it had a Saturn V rocket strapped to its ass!
Well.... I'm stuck with it and this is my 'rant for the year', I guess. But I can say this, if I really have all there is to get, and I paid that much for this arcade plane and addon "package", you can bet that I'll be giving it a lot of 'airtime' in the many forum websites that I belong to. I'll make sure that anyone who's considering this Freedomfox package knows that it's really just an arcade plane for those who want to mess around with it in their cellphone's flight simulator program.
It certainly isn't for any FS hobbyists who have 10+ years in PC flight simulators with thousands of $ wrapped up in controllers and high-dollar hardware, installed in a custom built desktop computer.
On the other hand, if I find that I've overlooked something in the installation, or perhaps something hidden in the installer's folders, and it turns out that this Freedomfox package does have what I had expected it to have, I'll be the first to post a retraction!

The Freedom Fox as you have learned is just the Kitfox plane. It comes with the FreedomFox modeled after Trent Palmers Kitfox STI. They actually worked with him to get it to spec. It also comes with the Kitfox2 which is a version you can mod with different performance packages. These models do not have a mixture. It also comes with 4 sceneries including Trent Palmers house.

Just the same for the new adding on Xbox Series X: you only can pay for it, but there's no new icon, as well as not possibility to walk around the camps, etc.
I tried to reboot the game, the console, uninstall and reinstall the add-ons, but nothing happened.
Just waisted my money for the Freedom and Campout add-... out!
@@TheFlightSimDeck No, I was wrong and I spoke before I educated myself, (wouldn't be the first time, but I'm trying to make it the last! 🥵). In fact, I found this out about 2 weeks after I posted my first comment. I find myself flying the Kitfox (any variation) very often and in the last month, I've chosen that plane at least 4 or 5 times in about 7 MSFS sessions.
Just last night I took it out for about 2.5 hours. However, I also have the payware GTN 750 (by PMS 50), and I noticed that none of the Kitfox displays are working. I noticed this about two or three flight events ago, (about 3 weeks ago), and I know it has something to do with the addon features and the fact that I keep forgetting to go to the kitfox tablet (which I'm sure is in at least one of those plane variations), so that I can see how I have it setup.
In other words, I know that it's a problem that involves my doing and it's simply something I forgot to do. The GTN 750 is fully up to date, (at this time, it was 2.1.78). All I need to do is take 10 minutes to make sure I have the right display package installed for the Kitfox, (WTT or whatever others PMS 50 have for download).
In fact, now that I know what everything is concerning //42 addons, (and what I actually have bought), I've already planned to by the Campout add-on very soon. Last night, I bought the Orbx 85U (Soldiers Bar), and 42MG (Mr. Goodbar), which were both great and very inexpensive!
