This doesn’t just help me, this helps me to love others as well, I shouldn’t be mad or angry at people if they say something wrong or say something wrong, but to lovingly correct them and if they neglect or refuse, you did what you can and we shouldn’t force anything on them. But just pray for them that God will work in them and change them.

As you know, Amharic is the official language of the EOTC, however, a lot of Ethiopians particularity the diaspora are learning from outside sources (Coptic, Syrian etc.) that Saint Mary was born in sin (ጥንት አብሶ). Reason: The reason for this issue and why many Ethiopians are believing this wrong concept is because the EOTC does not have easily accessible and officially published ENGLISH resources regarding Saint Mary’s Immaculate Conception (Pure Birth). This lack of resource in our community has led many to search for foreign documents that don’t represent the teachings of our church. Not many Ethiopians know that Saint Mary was born WITHOUT sin. It really pertains to some of the biggest mental and spiritual challenges people are facing today, like you said, even though I'm writing this 4 years after you made this. I have a question based on what you said in this video, though: Aren't we supposed to think of ourselves as imperfect people/sinners & isn't that also in part how God sees us (since that's kind of the truth right?) even though He still loves us? I'm asking this because in the video you said hat we should tell ourselves that we were created by God and are perfect, but isn't that in part contradictory to the truth because we're not actually perfect?
