So surreal to see ,this exact car is actually my old S1 I never actually got to take it out on track at all like I had planned due to not getting around to doing a big brake kit yet so to see it doing a lap of the ring piloted by Misha is awesome.
So glad Ammad has completed some of my personal goals I had for the car he’s a top bloke

I run similar setup and power on my S1 but with other pads fluid, lines and rotors. The stock pads were absolutely cooked after my first trackday. Good pad, but glaze up quite easily if you get them too hot after a long day of tracking. I run them only since I drive less on track now than before and also us the car 7 months during winter and they work well in cold weather. I do not understand people chasing power before tires, breaks and suspension. Straight line racers I guess.

Why doesn’t it have 255 front and rear? It would help so much

Yes it would make the car slow and gave it a sluggish handling.

Yeah just got one of these, little rocket ships of a car, a bit of fibbing under the bonnet and now it's 320bhp. Which is enough for the b roads near my home in Easingwold York, Britain.
Anything faster and you going to meet a tractor on these roads and it's doesn't end well. As my old car experienced.

, it's ok. Depending compared to what? A modern hot hatch yes not as good as a M2.
Audi is a bit dull anyway I've found had a few rs models in the 3 model.
But I am an 80s and 90s kid so compared to natural steering such as my old xr2's, rs turbo, Renault 5 Turbo S1 is modern steering with a bad feel.
      I know that doesn't help sorry :)

@iNSTAGiB it's just a bit better than average. I have been in older Swift and they are light cars it feels light, have responsive steering, and as said you can feel the load. Swift is a great car to place and they feel alive. Audis are duller as you say, it's not an Rs model just an S and it feels that way. But it's the better of the bunch I would say. It inspires confidence and it's a nice for a smaller fast car. I'm a bit older so I'm getting to the age I want comfort and speed
The best way is to test-drive one in my opinion. I did and I was sold straight away. It's a great car since Audi lost the problem of understeering.

Typical UK tuning mentality, ALL GO NO SLOW 😂 seriously if you’re going to be tuning a car to have that power I would have spent it on a brake upgrade rather than the suspension. Brakes is what will likely keep you out of an accident not track suspension 😂

Think it's kinda mad how temperature can change by 3c depending where you are on the track

That is the spirit of the "Eiffel" and the Nordschleife. On one section of the track it can be sunny and on another section it can rain and get foggy. That is one reason for many of us fans why we love that track so much.
