How To Make a Wall Punching Bag with Suction Cups

Want a wall punching bag that you can put up and remove easily? You can make one using two double-end suction cups (amzn.to/3bkBQN1), a section of foam and a plywood board for the backing. Get the foam from a local foam store from their off-cuts. Use softer foam for a softer bag and more dense foam for a harder bag. I used fairly hard foam for a nice firm feel. If buying online, I'd recommend high density foam that is 4" thick and at least 24" x 24" in size to have enough for this project.
